    RE: INVITATION TO THE KENYA DIASPORA EASTER INVESTMENT CONFERENCE 2015: EASTER AT WINDSOR

    The government recognizes the critical role Diaspora plays in Kenyas national development agenda. As part of implementing the the recently
    launched national diaspora policy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade is organizing a Conference for the Kenyan Diaspora to
    take place on 31st March to 2nd April, 2015 at the Windsor Golf Hotel and Country Club, Nairobi. The Conference will be preceded by the
    Biennial Ambassadors Conference and will be the climax of a series of diplomatic activities lined up just before the Easter holidays.
    The Conference whose theme is Development and Innovation: Opportunities for Diaspora will bring together approximately five hundred
    (500) participants comprising, Diaspora, returnees from the Diaspora, stakeholders from the financial and investment sector, real estate, service
    industry, and all Kenyan envoys serving abroad.
    This unique conference sets out to chart new frontiers for the Diaspora. It aims to create a platform for interaction, networking and investment
    opportunities amongst the Diaspora and other stakeholders in order to deepen Diaspora integration into national development. On offer will be on
    spot services provided by the Immigration department, Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), National Registration Bureau (NRB), and Independent
    Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
