CT SCAN CHEST
SCANNING PROTOCOL:
Pre and post contrast enhanced CT scan of Chest was carried out; images were obtained in
multiple planes and viewed at appropriate window settings.
REPORT:
The lungs are normally aerated. No evidence of nodules, mass, interstitial thickening or
consolidation.
Trachea and main bronchi are normal.
Hila are normal. No enlarged lymphnodes seen.
Pleura are applied to the chest wall. No fluid or mass seen.
The heart is orthotopic in position with normal size and cotour.
Great vessels appear normal.
Mediastinum has normal dimensions and contour. No mass seen.
Ribs and soft tissues are normal.
Dorsal spine appears normal .No fracture seen.
CONCLUSION:
Normal plain CT study of chest.
