STUDY DESIGN. : 10 mm contiguous axial sections of chest
were taken.
FINDINGS :
• Thymus gland appears normal in size and density profile, in
accordance with patient’s age.
• Major pulmonary vessels appears normal.
• No evidence of lymphadenopathy seen in hilar, broncho-pulmonary
or mediastinal group of lymphnodes.
• Heart with its pericardium appears normal. No chamber enlargement
is seen.
No pericardial effusion is seen.
• Lung window examination reveal no abnormality. No consolidation
or any other abnormal density seen.
• There is no pleural effusion.
• Thoracic wall structures appears normal.
• Visualized thoracic spine, sternum and ribs appears normal. No
erosion or notching seen. Vertebral bodies and pedicles appears
normal.
