INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare a creative slides using power point slides on the chapter of remedies for breach of
trust.
2. The slide must consists of ALL relevant information including:
(a) The legal definition.
(b) Types of remedies.
(c) The legal elements.
(d) The relevant case law and examples.
(e) Any arising issues
3. Each group must prepare between 10-15 SLIDES only.
4. The slides must be presented during class.
5. Each presenter must also prepare a written report for MAXIMUM 3 pages on chapter
presented.
6. The written report must consist of relevant references and must be submitted to TURNITIN.
7. Each group must submit the prepared slides, written report, cover page, instruction and
rubric.
8. The FRONT COVER ONLY must be printed on GREEN A4 paper.
