14. In designing and implementing a ????? model we are intending to deploy a
tailored approach, which is based on globally proven shared services
methodology. The model details the key activities, required outputs and expected
timings for different stages. Our milestone timeframe is represented at Table 1 and
a detailed schedule is at Annex A.

15. The ???? has developed a Benefits Realization Framework and a Benefits
Strategy. The Benefits Strategy outlines the requirements for all three projects to
identify lead and lag indicators of stated benefits. The project team will identify,
record and track anticipated benefits and the lead and lag indicators that will be
used to track progress towards achieving the stated benefits. The project team will
conduct benefits tracking and analysis in accordance with the Benefits Realization
Strategy.
