    In Sabic-United Evening time our people were doing the welding activity in the new pipe support at 04th floor,
    Ethylene unit, Furnace-7, During welding activity unfortunately wind speed was high so some hot sparks fell
    down on the plastic bag (Disposable black cover) nearby hot work area then it started fuming smoke after we
    immediately alert and put of the fire then the plastic bag and fire blanket disposed immediately from the work
    area so everyone safe.
