Industrial Automation-
Current Scenario
Technological advancements in process monitoring, control and industrial
automation over the past decades have contributed greatly to improve the
productivity of virtually all manufacturing industries throughout the world. It is
this fact that has made Industrial automation the prerequisite to any industry.
Accordingly, industrial automation software and hardware evolved to meet
the changing needs of the industry. We, IPCS Automation is committed to the
relentless pursuit of excellence in offering complete automation solutions
and wide spectrum of services that embody the very best in the industry.

Today managements of almost all manufacturing units are going for

industrial automation to survive in globally competitive market. Most of these
industrial units are looking forward for trained engineers in the field of
industrial automation. Since they are thinking about more accuracy,
productivity in less time & with minimum manpower, it's a golden opportunity
for you to prepare yourself to take on this task. To improve your career
potential, you need to successfully obtain the right technical knowledge and
apply it when required from designing new equipment to maintaining an
existing system. Our performance-based training methodology provides the
right combination of traditional instruction, hands-on practice, and refresher
exercises to maximize your subject matter retention and successfully utilize
that knowledge to design and develop cost effective, reliable and precise
automation system.

It is golden opportunity for the professionals in the field of electrical,

electronics and instrumentation to mould a bright career in automation sector
with our certified training programs. Our training program provides best
practice on the latest technologies, trends and challenges in the area of
SCADA, PLC, DCS, Process control, HMI, Drives, Panel Designing,
Industrial Networking and electrical controls
ELECTRICAL CONTROLS
Electrical Controls or Relay Logic systems are used
extensively in Control Panels. They are cost
effective solutions to designing less complex
discrete control systems. The entire railway
controls in India are developed with relay logic
systems.

PLC
Programmable Logic Controllers are reliable and
compact solution for innovating relay logic controls.
Since its inception in 1970s PLCs become
inevitable part of modern automation system. We
can develop applications using a single PLC by just
changing the program inside PLC. This made PLCs
very important part of modern manufacturing plants
like automobile industry.

SCADA
SCADA provides online monitoring and controlling
of a whole plant from a single control room. With the
interfacing of more controllers like PLC remote
monitoring, data acquisition, report generation,
graphical plotting of process parameters and alarm
monitoring is possible with SCADA. Modern
substations are automated with PLC and SCADA
systems so that supply to different feeders can be
controlled from a single terminal.
HMI
Human Machine Interface is used in process
industries for monitoring different process
variables and alarms. The operator can view and
enter parameters through HMI screen which is
connected to the PLC.

DCS
Distributed Control Systems are used for complex
loop controls in process industries. Here the control
function is distributed among different controllers.
DCS system can handle thousands of I/O in digital
and analog formats. They also provide more
redundancy to the plant control.

VFD
Variable Frequency Drives are the most energy
efficient solution to induction motor speed control.
Due to the unique features of induction motors, they
are most preferred in all industries. Soft starters are
replacing conventional motor starters for reducing
transients in motor starting.
Our Training Programs
In this world of fast growing technologies engineers have to update their
knowledge with advanced systems. In this era of making everything as
business and false marketing, students are confused about the right course
and right institute. We would like to introduce a new field of career which is
untouched by many – automation engineering. With globalization all
companies are going for flexible manufacturing systems (FMS), which can
be economically implemented by modern automation systems like PLCs,
SCADA, HMI, VFD, DCS etc.
Our performance-based training methodology provides the right
combination of traditional instruction, hands-on practical experience similar
to a real-time scenario and refresher exercises to maximize your ability and
successfully utilize the acquired knowledge to design and develop cost
effective, reliable and precise automation systems. It is a rewarding prospect
for aspiring professionals in the various fields of Electrical, Electronics and
Instrumentation to mould a bright career in the automation sector with our
certified training programs. Our training programs provide the best practice in
the latest technologies, trends and challenges in the immensely competitive
areas of SCADA, PLC, DCS, Process control, HMI, Drives, Panel Designing,
Embedded, Industrial Networking and electrical controls. IPCS is the
authorized partner of m/s YOKOGAWA, Japan, for their DCS training
Our training programs are well appreciated by many industries in automation
field. We are providing trained man power supply to Industries. Because of
our quality training, we have excellent placement track record. We have
signed MoU with best consultancies in India and Abroad.
Our panel of experts comprises of engineers from diverse fields of
automation. Our Project Manager is a retired Group Manager from Apollo
Tyres. Our senior Consultant Engineer is a retired General Manager from
Western India Plywood. A group of electrical, electronics and
instrumentation engineers from different industrial sectors like oil & gas,
refineries, paper industry, marine & petrochemical engineering, food
processing, electronic chip manufacturing, telecom etc. contribute a great
deal right from the designing up to the installation of high-end projects.
Placements
The quality of training is well appreciated only if students get placed in good
companies with a reasonable salary. We have an excellent placement track
record, having placed our qualified and skilled engineers in major companies
in India and abroad. Companies are directly recruiting our students because
of the best curriculum, experienced faculties and advanced lab facilities.
Companies use our online certificate validation system to get full details of
our trained engineers. We upload details of our trained professionals to our
website and update them frequently so that companies can search as per
their requirements.

Automation engineers are getting better openings because many companies

wish to increase production, produce competent products and thereby adopt
modern automation systems for production. As we are providing training in
relay logic controls also, our trained professionals can get a job in any type of
company, be it small or big. Transformation of relay logic controls to PLC
based system has a rewarding scope for industries. Freelance PLC
programmers are earning much for a single project.

On completion of the training the participants can grab openings in the

following industries.
