Mark My Calendar

OBJECTIVE:
When you finish this activity you should be able to make a menstrual cycle calendar
using a pie chart.

Materials Needed:
o Pie Chart
o Fact sheets
o Adhesive tape
o figures of female reproductive system illustrating different phase

Procedure:

1. Assume the cycle length of menstruation is 28 days.


2. Let day 1 be your first day of menstruation.
2. Make a pie chart and divide it into four phases depending on the length in each
phase.
3. Stick the figure to which phase it belongs and write a short description inside the
pie.
