    Thank you for registering for this Saturday's conference and we can't wait to see you!

    A few reminders:
    The venue is
    New Psalmist Retreat and Meeting Center
    6020 Marian Drive

    Baltimore, MD 21215

    Check in time is 8:00 – 8:45. You will check in, in the lobby and Parents/Guardians MUST join
    their students for check in. You will receive a wristband and your guardian will receive the
    matching band. We will match these wristbands at the end of the event to check you out.
    Guardians can check in multiple students. If so, that guardian will get multiple matching
    wristbands and whoever picks up the student MUST have the wristband. Safety is very important
    to us and this is the best way to make the check in and check out process smooth and accurate.

    Students will be served breakfast and lunch. Check out time is at 5:30. We are asking all students
    to be on hand until the end of the event. This again makes logistics easier. If you must leave
    before dismal/check out at 5:00/5:30, please let us know when you check in. Again, please keep
    this to a minimum.

    If parents have not pre-registered for the Parents Seminar, Volunteering or the
    Teacher's Conference, there is NO accommodation for them to stay on site to join the student.

    You do not need your confirmation email to check in. If you are a confirmed attendee your name
    will be on our roles. If you have questions, please email us at [email protected] before the
    event.

    Lastly, we will be holding three focus groups at the close of the day from 5:30-6:00. Just to get
    some feedback from the students who attended. Students who choose to participate will get a
    token of appreciation from the STEM planning committee. If you are interested, please email us at
    the address listed above. Please include your name in that email as we are trying to get five
    students from three different age groups.
