    Assembly Procedure
    Ver imagen

    1. Install thrust washer (11) in case assembly (12).

    2. Install bevel gear (10) in the case assembly.

    3. Assemble the spider and gear assembly. Install sleeve bearing (7), bevel pinion (8) and
    thrust washer (9) on spider (6).

    4. Assemble the remainder of the spider and gear assembly as in Step 3.

    5. Install spider and gear assembly (5) in the case assembly.

    6. Install bevel gear (4) and thrust washer (3) in the case assembly.

    7. Put case assembly (2) in position and install four temporary bolts (1) to hold it.
    NOTICE

    To prevent possible damage, remove temporary bolts (1) from the case
    assembly after the bevel gear is installed.

    End By:

    a. Install differentials and pinion assemblies. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly,


    "Differentials and Pinion Assemblies - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
