& approvals of new equipment’s at vendor locations. Investigating all accidents, Occupational health

Project Execution :
Developing and implementing contractor safety management guidelines, supporting formulation of
Project management and training plans for all new contractors. Implementing Contractor rating
system to assess the contractors HSE performance in different projects. Carrying Safety Audits and
complete accident report & investigation/ accident prevention programmed implementation.
Coordinating during External Safety Audits. Preparing implementation status reports of Safety Audits
for submission to various agencies.
Fire protection/Prevention :
** Coordinating and advising on fire fighting facilities/ equipment management. Scheduling and
planning functional testing, periodical maintenance. Conducting audits to ensure fire prevention
measures are in place and identifying areas for improvement. Periodically reviewing fire protection and
safety facilities with respect to global standards and implementing deviations. Preparing Pre-fire plans
and mitigation measures, such as procurement of various equipment’s, organizing mutual aid, etc.
** Documentation :Compiling, collating and preparing monthly/quarterly status of Safety Audits
recommendations and submission. Maintaining complete documents of fire protection systems testing

Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Safety manual, Onsite emergency plan, Safety manual for contractors,
Fire Emergency Procedure.
