    DONATION INTER VIVOS

    KNOWALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT

    This DEED OF DONATION made and executed in the City of


    Manila, Philippines, by:

    NAME widow, Filipino, and a resident of ADDRESS and


    NAME married to Mateo Santo Tomas, and a resident of
    ADDRESS, hereinafter referred to as the DONORS,

    -In favor of –

    1. NAME, 2. NAME, 3. NAME, all Filipino, of legal ages,


    and a resident of ADDRESS, hereinafter referred to as the
    DONEES.

    WITNESSETH:

    That the DONORS are the absolute owner of that certain real
    estate situated at ADDRESS, Manila, consisting of two (2) lots covered
    by LAND TITLE with an area of One Hundred Ninety Square Meters
    (190) issued by the Register of Deeds of City of Manila.

    That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the
    DONORS holds for the DONEES and of the faithful services the latter
    has rendered in the fast to the former, the said Donors by these presents
    CEDES, TRANSFERS and COVEYS, by way of DONATION, unto the
    said Donees the real estate above described together with the buildings
    and improvements existing thereon, free from all lines and
    encumbrances;

    That the DONORS does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full
    effect to this donation, that they have reserved unto themselves in full
    ownership other property sufficient to support themselves in a manner
    appropriate to themselves;

    That the DONEES does hereby accept this donation of the above
    described property and further express their sincerest appreciation and
    thinks for the kindness and liberality shown by the DONORS.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto
    affixed their signatures this ___ day of January 2019, in the City of
    Manila.
