    In the name of security today police can do whatever they like,


    anyone can be killed in encounter and no investigation. In the name of
    security, your bank accounts, your transactions, everything comes under the
    check. Liberty is becoming a casuality, you are literally going to be enslaved.
    So if this kind of system is encouraged then slowly slowly your rights are
    been taken away. Your liberty is being taken away. There so much of
    injustice in the society towards minority. Why such harsh laws are
    introduced ? When TADA and POTA law was introduced, it was introduced for
    the sake of internal security and what is being done by using all these legal
    conducts ? And what is the solution?

    Go to any part of India, rich and the powerful can get out of any
    crime, nothing happens to them. Even the rich and powerful countries like
    America do injustice to the whole world by killing innocent people. But who is
    the one who suffers ? People lose their lands, their loved ones, their lives,
    everything and their future moves in the darkness. What should they do?
    What is government doing for them?

    Supereme Court declared Article 21 where it speaks "Right to life


    includes human dignity for every citizen - food, cloth, education, shelter." If a
    person is thrown away from his house and if he is not getting justice in the
    court of law what he will do? Should they commit suicide ? In Gujarat, there
    were a large number of children whose mothers and sisters were raped and
    burned. Nobody guided them. Nobody gave them education. Nobody gave
    them psychiatric treatment, the troma was there, what should they do, and
    who will give them justice ? Can the system give them justice ? Government
    has a responsibility, because if you don't take of victims then the victims are
    going to take care of things by themselves. And Arundhati Roy said, "When
    victims refuse to be victims, they are called Terrorists."

    Government should take steps to reform, not by harrassing or blaming


    a particular community - but taking care of human rights. Today,
    international media is blaming the community by quoting a harsh statement
    that "All Muslims are not terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims !!" This
    statement was spreaded after 11th July when the serial blasts took place in
    Mumbai.

    Let us analyze today what does the data regarding international


    terrorism tell us. When we look at the records in 19th century, we can hardly
    find any any attacks done by muslims. The first US plane to be hijacked was
    hijacked not by any muslim but he was a non muslim, he hijacked a US
    Airliner to Cuba. The Federal Building in Ocklahama was bombarded were
    116 innocent people were killed and hundreds were injured. For many days
    US Print Media published the headlines that it was a middle east conspiracy
    but at last they found that it were two right wing activists - timothy and terry
    they were christians who were responsible for the bombing of the federal
    bulding in Ocklahama. After World War 2, from 1941 to 1948 in a span of

    eight years 259 terrorist attacks were conducted by jewish terrorists. The
    famous bombing of kind david hotel which took place on 22 July 1946 was
    conducted under the leadership of Menachem Begin (a jewish terrorist). It
    was the biggest terrorist attack in the history of british mandate. At that
    time Menachem Begin was called Terrorist no. 1 by the british government.
    After a few years he becomes the prime minister of Israel. And later on after
    a few years he gets the Noble Prize for Peace !! Also people like Ariel Sharon,
    who killed thousands of innocent people hold high ranking political positions
    in Israel. And they all were fighting for a jewish state, if you see the world
    map, before 1945, Israel did'nt not exist. They grabbed the land with
    terrorism and power and today the same jews are killing innocent muslims in
    palestine and they lable those muslims as terrorists !!

    Imagine, Hitler kills 76 Million Jews and kicks the jewish community
    out, why should they come to palestine ? They should go back to Germany,
    They should go back to Europe. Palestinians welcomed them on their land,
    and now the jews are kicking back those people who supported their
    accomodation. Palestinians only want their land back. And the powerful first
    world countries are agreeing with this unjust cause.

    In Japan Buddist attacked with nerve gas and injured more than 5700
    people and killed 12 people on 20th March 1995, in the Tokyo subway. In UK
    since 100 years IRA terrorist group is conducting terror attacks, they are
    catholics. In 1996 they did a bomb blast in Manchester were 206 were
    injured. All these records are conducted by non muslim forces attacks NOT
    by muslims. Those who doubt they can cross check from the archives of
    reliable news archieves of BBC on the Internet. Then why today UK
    government is more afraid of muslims ? Even the London Bombing of 7th
    July 2005 they are not confirmed to be muslims, they are just suspected to
    be muslims, where more than 50 people were killed. Even if they can prove
    that they were muslims, they can not put it close to IRA (christian terrorists)
    who killed hundreds and thousands of people.

    In spain and France the terrorist organisation is ETA who conducted


    36 attacks. In Africa the most notorious terrorist group is the Lords Salvation
    Army it is a christian terrorist army in Uganda. They train young children to
    commit terrorist attacks. When we come to Sri Lanka we know the LTTE
    Tamil Tigers who are the most dangerous terrorist organisations in the world
    who are experts in sucide bombing and even they train children and let
    them take part in sucide bombing. The people who popularised sucide
    bombing are the LTTE. They are Hindus, who killed Rajiv Gandhi, the former
    Pm of India.

    almost all different religions. The Sikh Khalistani Terrorist organisation in
    Punjab, on 31-10-1984 PM Indira Gandhi was assassinated by her sikh
    security guard. If you go to the south asian terrorism portal on the web, it is
    the largest website of terrorism on the web in south asia, which is run by non

    muslims, and when we see the list of terrorist attacks, done by all the people
    the muslims are in the minority. But that is never highlighted in the media. If
    we go to north east of India Tripura, the christian terrorist organisation
    exists, like ATTF All Tripura Tiger Forces, NLFT National liberatin front of
    Tripura, they are christians. They have killed several hindus.

    In Assam ULFA - ULFA alone in the past 16 years from 1990 to 2006
    they have conducted succesfully confirmed 759 terrorist attacks. In Gujarat
    a serious mishap happened in 2002 - the reflection of Godhra Riots in
    Ahmedabad where hundreds of innocent muslims were killed, police may
    have prevented this using the power they possess but on the contarary, at
    most of the places in gujarat, the riots and massarce was done under the
    supervision of the police. it is the report of the commission. so the judiciary
    system of gujarat is responsible. islam does not justify terrorism. In the past
    some months, thousands of muslims have been harrassed by the police.
    police says that in most of the terrorist attacks in india, LET is involved. If it
    is so, we can tell the police to just catch them and put behind the bars, but
    you cant harrass thousands of innocent muslims. Hundreds of muslims were
    detained for days and weeks together, even their family was not informed, if
    you can really catch the culprit and if you can prove, we have no objection.
    But at random picking of the muslim youth, WHAT SIGNALS ARE YOU SENDING ?

    If the police is harrassing thousands of innocent muslim youth and


    they are torturing them and their family and if they claim that they are
    involved with LET, then LET and such organisations are getting readymade
    recruits. We know that getting the culprits is very difficult. But what
    message they are sending when they detail a person having a beard and
    wearing a cap, as though there is written in the book or rules that a terrorist
    is having beard and wearing a cap !! The more unnecessary arrests are
    made, the chances of reaching to a real culprit are minimised. The
    investigation should be unbiased. And when you get the culprits, whoever
    they are, they are to be punished. The police should take the muslims in
    confidence. No one can give a single white paper to prove that even a single
    Madrasa in india is connected with any terrorist group. What message are
    you sending ? Politician and policemen who are expected to be more
    responsible than common citizens are spreading rumors through their
    irresponsible statements.

    According to ATS of Maharashtra 60 members who were arrested in


    terrorist attacks in Maharashtra were from hard core hindu organisations.
    They were involved in three bomb blasts in mosque. Mohammadi mosque in
    parbhani, in jalna, in pune. In Malegaun on 8th september 2006 four bomb
    blasts took place in the mosque and graveyard where 35 innnocent muslims
    were killed and more than 100 innocent muslims were injured. Isnt it a game
    plan ?

    What’s Madresa ? A madresa is a fort of Islam where the future generation and ideal
    humans are developed so as to serve, guide and lead mankind. It is the only place where

    humanity and good conducts are still alive in the world and the reason why the universe
    still exist. Its a power house from where the power is distributed to the humanity.Its
    related with Nubuwwate Muhammadee that is worldwide and immortal. The basic stone is
    to guide the Ummah in every field and to spread education. To combine ancient and
    modern education. To help the children to develop an Islamic identity which is important
    for the mental, emotional and personal development and character forming. To provide a
    fitting answer to the moral unrest, spiritual frustration and skepticism those are sweeping
    the world as a natural consequence of the grossly materialistic thought and civilization of
    the West. To awaken civil manners like national safety and security, unity & brotherhood.

    There are more verses of killing in Mahabharata than in Quran.


    Bhagvad gita is nothing but a guidance as how to fight against the enemy
    commanded by Shri Krishna to Arjun ! Arjun says, "how can i fight against
    my own cousins ? (chapter1:verse43-46)" immediately Shri Krishna says
    "(chapter 2 :verse2)"Arjun how could you be an impotent, it is the duty of
    the Kshatriya to fight." But fight of what kind is permitted ? What is jihad ?
    And what does bhagvad gita convey ? The fight between justice and
    injustice. between truth and falsehood. and bhagvad gita itself says that if
    you need to fight for justice and you find that even your brothers and family
    members are wrong then why dont you fight with them ?

    Even the police should know the religions teachings. There is not a
    single verse in the Holy Quran that justifies the killing of innocent human
    beings. we are not here to support any terrorists. After all we would like to
    say that We have faith in the Indian Judiciary system, as most of the judges
    are honest and they dont care for politicians.

    MAY ALLAH PROTECT OUR IMAAN AND PROTECT US FROM ALL


    CALAMITIES, PAIN, AGONY AND KEEP ALL THE MUSLIMS AND MOMINS
    UNDER THE SHADOW OF HIS KINDNESS HERE AND HEREAFTER AND
    MAY ALLAH FORGIVE OUR SINS. AAMIN.
