Position description
Responsible, as a Director and part owner of the company, for all
aspects of delivery of a number of projects as well as development
of company policy and subsequent implementation and
management of systems and controls of the construction process.
Jim also has specific overall company responsibility for industrial
relations, human resources, contract administration, legal matters
and insurance policy and management.

L.U. Simon Builders Pty Ltd ─ 1983 to present
Joined L.U. Simon Builders in January 1983 as a Project Manager in
charge of major projects undertaken by the Company. Was
promoted in 1990 to the position of Construction Manager and
appointed a Director of the Company in 1996.
