● Communicate with clients and making the corrections and updating the layout as per
client review.
● Preparation of Bulk mto and valve mto for updation of the project .
● Preparation of bill of material as per final Piping layout Isometrics.
● Visite a site weekly and making the Isometrics on site as per process line.
● Responsible to take measurements on site from elbow to elbow while running plant.
● Responsible to design and provide a physical support for the Steam line, Ammonia line
,static mixer line and superheated line as per site review.
● Responsible to take measurements of shade structure of Air filter , Expander and cone
preheater Equipments.
● Responsible to design the new shade structure as per reviewing the existing shade plant
area.
● Responsible to draw As-build P&Id as per existing site review boiler line , compressor air
line to reactor ,cooling water line , chilled water line and furnace oil line .
● Responsible to take measurements of existing utility Equipment area as propose new utility
equipment area.
● As per New propose utility area propose a new Piping system, rack and support for Piping .
● Responsible to take As-bulid Isometrics as per Propose Utility area Piping system .
