WARMING UP AND PARAMATERS


RAISING

Regulate firing to restrict the boiler water temp. rise at


110oC/hr. and maintain furnace exit gas temp. below
540oC till HP-LP bypass is charged.
During the warming up period, ensure the
economiser recirculation v/v (E-20) is open.
Carry out hourly APH Soot blowing during period of
oil firing
Charge ESP when flue gas temp. at outlet of APH’s
reaches above100oC.
Ensure CC pump Emergency tank is full.
