Purpose
The purpose of this report is to;
o To highlight program confidence levels and the key program drivers.
o To measure progress and performance with respect to schedule risk
management.
o Identify and communicate key schedule risk related issues.
o Provide strategic guidance to senior management in respect to time related
contingencies and mitigation strategies.

2 SRA Model Basis
The SRA model is based on <the detailed Level 3 Master Program / a
summarized version of the L3 Master Program> to which program uncertainty
and schedule R&O have been applied. The model has been constructed using
<Active Risk Manger / Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis> with input from the
relevant program owners as appropriate.
