We are pleased to announce the 13th International Conference on Vibration Problems (ICOVP-2017) to be
held jointly for the first time by Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India and IIK University, Turkey.
The Department of Civil Engineering of co-organizing universities welcome young researchers around the
world and offers the opportunity as an international stage to be familiar with the current developments
in their respective fields of research. We believe that ICOVP-2017 will have a significant impact on the
development of contemporary analytical, numerical and experimental methods in vibration problems,
and will also have the opportunity of opening a forum for discussion and collaboration amongst the
participants.
