2. The introduction to the manual includes a title page, record of revisions, list of effective pages, and an
alphabetical index. The title page identifies the unit by model, specification, and serial number. The Record of
Revisions page lists all revisions to the manual in chronological order, and assigns a number to each revision.
The List of Effective Pages lists each page in the manual by its chapter, section, and page number, and date of
publication or revision. The Alphabetical Index Lists components and their corresponding page number in the
manual alphabetically.
3. This manual follows the guidelines set forth in Air Transport Association Specification No. 101. Arrangement of
information corresponds to this accepted format. Page numbers run consecutively within each chapter. Pages
are identified in the lower corner of each page with chapter number, section number, page number within that
section, and the date of publication or revision.

ARTICLE 1:
TLD warrants that each new item of equipment is of good workmanship and is free from mechanical defects, provided that:
1) The product is installed and operated in accordance with printed TLD Equipments instructions.
2) The product is used under normal operating conditions, for which it is designed,
3) The product is not subject to misuse, negligence or accident,
4) The product receives proper care, lubrication, protection and maintenance under the supervision of trained personnel,
5) The product is normally protected from exterior aggressions whatever their origin.
ARTICLE 2:
This warranty expires, unless otherwise agreed by TLD in a special provision, 27 months after shipment by the manufacturer, or 24
months after being placed in service, or after 2000 operating hours if the main engine of the unit is under 50KW or 3000 operating hours if main
engine of the unit is above 50KW, whichever first occurs.
ARTICLE 3:
The TLD Warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts and if the repair does justify it, to the assistance of a technician.
Parts shipping expenses and traveling and housing expenses of personnel are to be paid by customer.
ARTICLE 4:
The TLD Warranty does not apply to fluids, oils, fuses, bulbs, accumulators, paint, seals, tires, bumpers, pads and other consumables or
normally wearing type items unless found to be defective prior to use.
ARTICLE 5:
All warranty claims from the Buyer must be sent by written to Seller who will be in charge of dealing with the Manufacturer to address the
problem in a timely manner.
ARTICLE 6:
All the expenses related to a warranty claim will be invoiced to the buyer until TLD employees have evaluated the claim. Whatever the
circumstances, the buyer should not refuse or delay the payment. If the evaluation concludes to TLD s full responsibility, a credit memo
will be issued in favor of the buyer.
Under no circumstance other than those accepted by TLD, the buyer of the defective parts at the manufacturer address can accept without a
formal letter from the buyer and without the effective return no warranty claim.
ARTICLE 7:
This warranty is extended by TLD only to the buyer of new products from TLD or of its authorized distributors. The products purchased
under this warranty are intended for use exclusively by the buyer and his employees and by no other person. Therefore, there shall be no
third party beneficiary of this warranty.
ARTICLE 8:
This warranty does only apply to the primeval reason. In other words, the consequences on the product linked to its use after first problem are
not covered by this warranty.
ARTICLE 9:
Under no circumstances whatever shall TLD and the seller be liable for any special or consequential damages, whether based on lost
goodwill, lost resale profits, work stoppage, impairment of other goods or otherwise, and whether arising out of breach of any express or implied
warranty, breach of contract, negligence or otherwise, except only in the case of personal injury as may be required by applicable law
ARTICLE 10:
The warranty is automatically void by TLD in the following cases:
1) The product has received some modification, not advised by TLD or not done following TLD requirements
2) Some original parts have been replaced by parts not provided by TLD.
ARTICLE 11:
This warranty and all undertaking of TLD shall be governed by the laws of manufacturers country and discussed in front of nearest court from
the manufacturers facility even in case of multiple of defenders.

GENERAL WARNING:
1 - Before using the machine, go through this manual and comply with all its instructions
2 - Also carefully read the instructions that appear on the plates fixed onto the machine and keep them readable
3 - Keep this instruction manual at the disposal of all operators
4 - Make sure that any person to whom you entrust the machine is qualified to fulfil the safety requirements linked
to its use
5 - Avoid unsupervised interventions on your equipment when not being used
6 - Never use a machine which does not looks to be in good condition
7 - Never apply a load or a stress exceeding the maximum operating load of the machine
8 - Never use the machine for an operation it is not designed to perform
9 - Become thoroughly familiar with the safety regulations applicable to the machine and enforce them

10 - The manufacturer declines his responsibility for the consequences of a disassembly of the machine or any
modification made without his supervision
Any use that does not comply with the regulations of this instruction manual might cause risks of injury to people,

The manufacturers responsibility is limited to the assembly configuration of the equipment as described in the
certificate of conformity
Before each use, the driver should check that the machine is in good condition

same time, he avoids dangers which could damage the tractor and the loads being towed

NEVER OPERATE UNIT WITHOUT ALL GUARDS AND COVERS IN PLACE
At each team work beginning, check condition of the battery, pneumatic and bandages of trails and be sure that
tyre pressures are correct
Be sure that all driving parts are in good working condition and fill all the fluid levels if necessary
Advise immediately all defects and use a defective trail before it is not repaired
- Pay extra attention when working in narrow congested areas or in case of blind- travel
- Always look around in all directions BEFORE changing your direction of travel
- Always follow all safety rules or each particular site during operation
- Maintain a towing speed which is compatible with the load and the ground conditions
- Avoid driving over loose or uneven surfaces
- Slow down when approaching corners
- Observe pedestrians carefully and do not follow the vehicle in front too closely
- Do not brake sharply and only select neutral once the tractor has effectively stopped
- Maintain a safe distance from the edge of loading wharf
- When cornering, pay close attention to the trajectory of the trailer (Aircraft)
- Make sure that bridges and ramps are able to withstand the weight of the tractor and the load being towed
- Verify that access bridge are enough resistant to wear the combined weight of tractor and his load
- Verify before climb or descent from vehicles (trucks, trails etc) that the adequate precautions are been take to avoid all
movement included the dump
- Stop, look at and listen when arriving to a rail way then to cross it in diagonal, slowly and only to the authorized points
- Always park at more 2,5m of the rails
- Hold the wheel steering in hand during the operation
- During towing wide load, foresee a lot of space for the overtake of parked vehicles, objects and/or pedestrians
- Never overtake another vehicle on crossroad or on bifurcations or when something masks the visibility for you
- Never drive in elevators, truck or other until you have received the order and before you be sure that they can wear the
combined weight of tractor and the load
- To the crossroad, in the passages and the corridors, slow down and horn and drive on the right side of the road
- Be careful to the pedestrians which can appear suddenly to the masked entries
- Look at in the running way
- Verify that the tow bar is put before starting (in case of tow bar operation)
0-3-4.4.2. CAB
- Do not start the tractor or operate any levers or pedals from outside the operator's compartment to keep the
machine from hitting you or other person
- The tractors equipped without cab or without door are equipped with an handle welded to the frame on the
passenger side and the passenger must grip it to avoid ejection from tractor in case of shocks or shays turning
- Never climb onto, or get out of the machine while it is in motion
- Never operate the tractor with any part of your body outside of the operator's compartment

THE WEAR OF THE SAFETY BELT IS COMPULSORY

GENERALLY THE TRACTORS EQUIPPED WITHOUT DOOR ARE EQUIPPED WITH SAFETY CHAINS THESE
SAFETY CHAINS MUST BE IN POSITION WHEN TRAVELLING, SO TO AVOID FALLING ON THE SIDE

NEVER CLIMB ONTO, OR GET OUT OF THE MACHINE WHILE IT IS MOTION OR OPERATE THE TRACTOR
WITH ANY PART OF YOUR BODY OUTSIDE OF THE OPERATOR'S COMPARTMENT
GENERAL WARNING
NEVER LET A PART OF YOUR BODY IN A MOTION MECHANISM, AND NEVER START A VEHICULE WHEN
SOMEBODY MAKE SERVICING OPERATION ON IT. AN LOSE OF CAUTION CAN CAUSE FATAL INJURIES.
0-3-4.4.3. DASHBOARD
- Always pay special attention to the signals of the red warning lights and beeper on the instrument panel
- If problems or equipment malfunctions are occurred while operating the tractor , it must be properly shut down
and the problem corrected
- Continuing to use malfunctioning equipment can not only be unsafe for the operator an other personnel, but can
lead to further damage to the tractor as well
0-3-4.5. STOPPING
- DO NOT leave the driver's cab with the tractor running
- ALWAYS properly shut down the tractor before leaving the tractor
- ALWAYS park the tractor on solid, level ground
On severe slopes
- ALWAYS park the tractor perpendicular to the steepest slope to prevent accidental movement
- During parking, use the parking brake and put the contact to key on the STOP position
- If the tractor must be leaves with nobody for watch on it, remove the ignition key
- Never release towed equipment (aircraft, trail...) with the equipment parking brake unapplied or the wheels
unchocked
- Never park your vehicle on a slope
- If it is necessary to park tractor on a (breakdown etc), chock the tractor wheels
WARNING
WHEN AN ELECTRIC SHUT DOWN OR AN ELECTRIC INTERRUPT ARRIVE, THIS CAUSE
AUTOMATICALLY DESCENT OF THE HITCH PIN :
IT CAN CAUSE INJURY IF OPERATOR HAS HIS HAND ON THE PIN FLANGE SLOT.

WARNING
HIGH PRESSURE FLUIDS (FUEL, HYDRAULIC OIL) WHICH
ESCAPE UNDER HIGH PRESSURE CAN PENETRATE THE SKIN AND CAUSE HEAVY INJURIES
THEREFORE IMMEDIATELY CONSULT A DOCTOR AS OTHERWISE HEAVY INFECTIONS CAN BE
CAUSED
2- When searching leakage use appropriate auxiliary devices because of the danger of accidents
3- Before working at the hydraulic equipment, lower pressure to zero and lower working arms of the machine
4- When working at the hydraulic equipment, absolutely stop motor and secure machine against rolling away
(parking brake, shim)!
5- When connecting hydraulic cylinders and motor pay attention to correct connection of hydraulic flexible hoses
6- In case of exchanging the ports, the functions are vice versa (f ex Iift-up/lower) - danger of accidents!
7- Check hydraulic flexible hoses regularly and replace them in case of damage or wear ! The new hose pipes
must comply with the technical requirements of the machine manufacturer!
DANGER: ASPHYXIA
IN EVENT OF PROLONGED USE IN A CLOSED/NO AERATED PLACE, (IN A WORKSHOP...) WITH ENGINE,
THINK ABOUT EXHAUST GAZ EVACUATION.
0-3-4.8.1. ELECTRICITY
DO NOT alter the electrical or hydraulic settings from that indicated in the manual or as set at the factory
DISCONNECT the batteries when possible while working with electrical systems to prevent short circuits
Also, disconnect the batteries when working around the engine can help prevent accidental engine starting
BE SURE the battery area is well ventilated (clear of fumes) if it is connected to a battery charger or when working
on or around the batteries with sparks or flames Fumes from the batteries could be ignited by a spark and explode
- Does not verify state of batteries at proximity of a nude flame, particularly during the battery charging
