Preparation
Buttermilk Biscuit: Whisk Butter Sugar and Salt. Eggs and Buttermilk together
Flour and Baking Powder together
Add alternate. Just mix together. Do not overmix
Roll on 3. Use 5 cm cutter. Brush with milk. Bake at 200C
You can substitute Buttermilk for a Milk -Joghurt -Mix
Cheese Biscuit: Mix ingredients, just add cheese at the end
Brush with Milk. Bake at 210C
