different cultures.
Use TimeToast to create a timeline that highlights key moments in two historical periods
happening at the same time in different cultures.

Each group of 2-3 will need a device with internet access.

Warm Up - Setting the Stage

Warm up will be a review of how to use


the past tense by using a Kahoot activity.

You should review previously-learned


material or activate student schemata
to anticipate new material through a
short, meaningful task that students
can complete on their own.

Teaching Stage
You should use input strategies to teach
and model new material in the target
language. Present with lots of visuals
and comprehensible and compelling
input.

Guided Practice

TimeToast activity will be laid out in detail


and students will be shown how to create
an account, as well as some basics of how
to create their timelines.
