individual I talked to and some of them were not interested, giving me different excuses
like they already have a job or sick but some were interested and willing to give it a try.
At the start of my 4th week I have done already different tasks at the sourcing
department and I just do it more casually or relaxed because I already knew what to do
and if I encounter different or new scenario I always asked my supervisor so that I can
avoid having mistakes.
5th to 14th week (May 2 July 8)
I started my 5th week in a new environment or department and that was called
testing area or recruitment department. Like my first week in sourcing department they
let me first observe and get familiarize with their tasks, letting me do just simple tasks at
the testing area for a while. On my 6 th week maam Cris my supervisor at the testing
area let me do the things I observed on my 5 th week like second part of initial screening,
introduction of exams to the applicants and assisting them until they finished the whole
assessment, for quite some time that were the tasks given to me until my 11 th week in
Convergys. Meanwhile at the sourcing department other interns were already done with
their internship that was why they ask us at the testing area to aid them for a while until
they found new interns that can help them. So for my 12 th to 14th week as an intern at
Convergys I was moved at the sourcing department and fulfil my duties until the very
end of my internship.
PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED
The most common problem that I had encounter in Convergys was when I had a
mental block especially if I was talking to a well spoken applicant. Our supervisors
always says that we should be attentive and
