Office Circular
1. It is observed that few staff members work well beyond stipulated working
hours. Finishing day to day work in office hours is in the interest of organisation
as well as personal life. Therefore, all staff members are to note that they have to
complete their work everyday by 07:00 pm. If the situation merits their stay
beyond this time, staff members have to obtain written permission from their
respective HOD or from Director Operations. Staff members' stay beyond 07:00
pm is subject to this written permission.
2. Early coming to office or late sitting requires intimation to Systems Department
in order to maintain continuity of server process. Therefore, whoever obtains
permission to work early or work late must pass on corresponding information to
Systems Department.
3. While at work we expect the staff members to be energy-conscious. Whether
during the working hours or otherwise, staffs members are to put off lights,
computers, air-conditioners etc whenever they are away from their workplace.
This will curtail the power consumption.
Dear All,
Greetings from the HR department.
Kindly make a note of the following:
1. Please make a proper use of the computers to avoid breakdowns which may
hamper our work. Remember they are our assets. And we are the owners.
2. Please ensure that all monitors, ACs/Fans/Lights are switched off while leaving
the premises even if it is for a short while like lunch and tea breaks, meetings,
client visits, vendor visits, washroom visits etc., Kindly note that this good gesture
from your side will also help conserve energy to a large extent.
3. Also all toilets lights must be turned off when not in use.
3. Please ensure the office is kept clean and presentable, especially the chairs, if
moved for various reasons are put back in their right place while moving away
from your work spot.
We need all of your support & co-operation to control daily / monthly
consumption & expenses.
Lets all together comply to the above and make our working conditions pleasant
and enjoyable.
Regards,
Your HR
