Snack
Students are invited to bring in their
own snack and water bottle with a lid each
day. We will have a set snack time in the
afternoon. These should be healthy snacks
such as fresh fruit, veggies, crackers, cheese,

other junk food. Last year the school had a
grant that supplied a snack for each child
daily.
Students may bring a water bottle

Classroom Management
I follow a Love and Logic style of discipline in my classroom. I give children logical consequences that fit with the behavior.
This would include, but is not limited to
cleaning up an area after a student gets
upset and throws things, having to come in
during recess to finish work that was not
completed, etc.
I also have a visual behavior chart
that helps students to monitor their own
