Fishing Village and Farming Village
Fishing Village and Farming Village
Fishing Village and Farming Village
In farming based on our observation is risky than fishing. Farming is much difficult
because it has a season and now a days our whether is not predictable. It is difficult of
being a farmer because you are not 100% that the seeds you plant will grow and you can
sell in a high price. Aside from whether in farming have many risks like peste (kuhol, daga,
etc). .
The culture of a fishing village and a farming village is similar. Both cultures include a
belief in work. The differences are in the type of work of being done. The locations, a farming
village usually being inland and a fishing village being in a water source, should also result
differences in culture. Also, fishing is often done by the individual and farming often involves
the whole family.
FILIPINO CULTURE
The Filipino culture is different in other country. Filipino culture believes in the
superstitious beliefs that they can apply in their everyday living. They can use po at opo
which is a sign of respect. Filipino are very hospitable when they have a visitors, they are
very caring and polite. Filipino are very helpful into others, their willingness to help are
natural.
When it comes into a family matter, Filipino are very tight, most of a Filipino has a
family members and they are living in one compound or house, their closeness are
undeniable. They believe in the saying the more the merrier. They believe that if a family
having a large number of family members is happier than those having a little. They also
believe that that a family having a large number of members can cultivate together. But in a
real life the small family is better than the large family because the children are has big
opportunity to have their education and they are growing being a responsible human being.
