    Respectfully, Major issues/Problems faced by the staff of the Director General


    Accounts Works, Lahore are submitted as under to your good self for sympathetic consideration and
    solution please.

    1. DPC of Senior Auditors to A.A.Os


    DPC of Senior Auditors as A.A.O is pending since ____. Matter may take up to
    higher Authorities on priority basis
    2. Day Care Center for female Staff
    There is need of proper Day Care Center for female staff of this office. Matter
    may take up to higher Authorities.
    3. Shortage of Staff
    There is acute shortage of Senior and Junior Auditors in office. There is need to
    increase sectional strength of said posts after creation of new posts of Account Officers. In this
    regard NOC for fresh recruitment and a comprehensive case may please be forwarded to the
    Competent Authority
    4. Arrangements of Fans and Air coolers for upcoming Summer Season
    Fans and Air coolers are needed for staff in upcoming summer season. Existing
    fan and air coolers may please be repair/replaced. New air coolers may also be purchase as per
    requirement.
    5. Poor Condition of washrooms
    Washrooms in this office are in very poor condition. Washbasins and others
    accessories are needed to be replaced. Matter may please be resolve urgently basis.
    6. Shortage of IT Equipments (Computer, Printer)
    Position of Computer systems in this office is in alarming positions and most of
    systems are not working properly. This adverse position is resulting in low performance of
    office. One computer system with printer is recommended for each section for smooth
    working. Proposal already made in this regard by computer section. Matter required your kind
    attention.

    7. Repair of lighting system of office


    Most of the tube lights are not working properly. Due to witch official work is
    suffering badly. Out of order tube lights may be replaced with energy savers for saving
    electricity and batter lighting.
    8. Poor condition of hygienic drinking water
    To ensure the delivery of purified water and provide presentation from chronic
    diseases, water filtration plant must be installed. This matter already discussed in various
    meetings and direction is already issued on 13.06.2014 to Routine section but no action has
    been taken yet. Matter required your kind attention again.
    9. Poor condition of office canteen
    Office canteen is in very poor condition. Unhygienic items are provided by
    canteen. There is a need of retendering as proper cafeteria with effective management.
    10. Purchase of Electric water Coolers for 5th Floor
    This agenda item was already discussed in previous agenda meeting on
    13.06.2014 and directions were issued to the Routine Section for quick arrangements but
    nothing has been done uptill now.
    11. Seepage problem in Basement
    12. Arrangements for emergency exit points
    13. Misc

    It is most humbly requested that a suitable date and time may very
    graciously be scheduled for meeting on the above issues / problems and solution please
