Lets Play in the Park Program

If you and your kids are looking to have fun and get moving this summer, be sure to check out the
Citys new pilot outdoor recreation program called Lets Play in the Park, which will be launched this
summer. The Lets Play in the Park program will give children between the ages of 6 and 12 the
chance to play in the park with trained leaders each weekday, for a nine-week period . Children will
be able to participate in a variety of organized games, sports, arts, drama, crafts, and nature skills
activities.
The Lets Play in the Park program will be offered in 12 parks across Mississauga, where children
can easily walk or cycle and that have sufficient green space for recreation activities. In Ward 11, this
program will be offered at Neebin Park, from 1pm to 4pm, each weekday. Neebin Park is located at
635 Kaiser Dr., Mississauga. This is a great program that is free of charge and will get your children
moving, so dont forget to bring them over to Neebin Park for some fun this summer! For more
