The document discusses Donaldson's compressed air treatment equipment including separators, aftercoolers, and adsorption dryers. It provides detailed specifications and characteristics of these products.

Donaldson offers separators to remove condensate from compressed air systems. They also offer aftercoolers (UFK-L models) to further cool compressed air after the compressor. Adsorption dryers (ALD models) are also discussed which remove moisture from compressed air to very low dew points.

Separators drain condensate accumulating in compressed air systems and can operate up to 1.6 MPa pressure. Aftercoolers provide additional cooling after the compressor to condense moisture for removal. Specifications like dimensions, flow rates, and weights are provided for various UFK-L models.

Compressed air treating equipment Donaldson

Chelyabinsk compressor plant offers compressed air treating equipment manufactured by

company Donaldson (Germany) a world leader in innovative technologies of air filtration and
drying. CHKZ CJSC has been cooperating with Donaldson for over eight years. We are ready to
offer our clients a wide range of products made by this manufacturer.
Separators
secure drainage of condensate cumulating in the system during the process of compressed air cooling. A separator is
essential in all systems where it is necessary to purify compressed air from moisture.

the separator is complete with an electronic or float automatic drain.

Aftercoolers UFK-L
are necessary for additional cooling of compressed air to protect pneumatic system from water. Cooling compressed
air brings about condensate formation which is further removed. An aftercooler is generally mounted after the
compressor.

Heated adsorption dryers

Heated adsorption air dryers are energy efficient dolution for drying large amounts of compressed air. Dryers with a dew point up to
-70 are available.

Adsorption dryers HRE

Adsorbent dessicant cooling is performed through a partial bleeding of the previously cooled air. Due to the fact that cooling
process depends on no external circumstances models HRE are applicable in every part of the world.
