APPLICATION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
This application is for consideration to be a participant in a reality-based talent competition television
series being produced by Finnmax LLC (Producer) whose purpose is entertainment. Please be advised
that you must meet the following eligibility requirements (which may be changed at any time by
Producer in its sole discretion) in order to participate in the Program:
1. You must be 16 years of age by November 1, 2014 or older (Producer may modify the age limit
at any time in its sole discretion).
2. You must be legally present in the United States and must be eligible to accept the prize, if
awarded, and have the unrestricted right to work for any U.S. employer and live in the United
States1 Proof of such eligibility must be provided to Producer. Acceptable forms of proof
include (without limitation) a valid US passport, or combination of valid US drivers license and
valid social security card.
3. Producer and NBCU (as defined below) reserve the right to render ineligible any person who
either of them determines, in the sole discretion of either of them, is sufficiently connected with
the production, administration, judging, or distribution of the Program, such that his/her
participation in the Program could create the appearance of impropriety. Producer and NBCU
may also consider whether you or any member of your immediate family or anyone living in
your household is or has been within the last two (2) years an employee, officer, director or agent
of any of the following: (a) Producer, UAMG, LLC, any entity owned, controlled or affiliated
with Mark Burnett, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Sony Pictures Television Inc. (collectively,
Sony) or any parent, subsidiary, affiliated entity of any of the foregoing, (b) NBC Universal
Media, LLC (NBCU) or any station or network owned and operated by NBCU or any of its
parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entities; (c) any other person or entity involved in the
development, production, distribution or other exploitation of the Program or any variation
thereof; (d) any sponsor of the Program or its advertising agency; or (e) any person or entity
supplying goods, services or prizes (as applicable) to the Program.
4. You may not be a candidate for public office and must agree not to become a candidate for
public office from the date of this Application until one (1) year after the initial telecast of the
last episode of the Program in which you appear, if selected as a participant.

Satisfaction of this eligibility requirement pertains solely to the participants receipt of prizes (if any)
that may be awarded.

5. Any offer to become a participant shall be conditioned upon your submission to a background
check, in accordance with applicable laws.
6. You must be willing to travel at your own expense if necessary to audition for the competition in
September and October of 2014 (or as otherwise scheduled by the Producer) at one of the
following locations: New York, New York, Nashville, TN and Los Angeles, CA. Producer
reserves the right to change the number or the foregoing locations at any time. All travel
expenses will be the applicant's sole expense.
7. If invited by Producer to proceed as an applicant, you must timely complete and return the
Participant Agreement, Release and Arbitration Provision that will be furnished to you by the
Producer.
8. If you are selected as a participant, you must be willing to travel to and reside at one or more
undisclosed locations in the United States from approximately November 1, 2014 to December
15, 2014 (or as otherwise scheduled by Producer). Economy travel to be paid for by Producer. In
addition, you must be available to participate in publicity activities in December 2014 if
requested, as well as on such other days as Producer may require, including attending and
participating in all preliminary interviews, rehearsals, conferences, interviews, publicity sessions
and costume, hair and make-up appointments, until the completion of my participation in the
Program as required by Producer. I understand that these dates may change in Producers sole
discretion.
9. The foregoing eligibility requirements may be amended, revised or changed at any time and in
any fashion in Producers sole discretion.
