A Mentees Mentoring Experience..
Dear Leonard

Thank you very much. My life has improved dramatically during the pass 2 1/2 months after joining the
coaching session. I am enjoying my current life very much, the kind of life that i dream for. The coaching
session not only help me in my career, it also improve my other aspects of my life.

Career Aspect - I have joined the coaching session on 13th September 2010. Back then my production
was $35K. On 30th November 2010, i have achieved $30K. It is almost equivalent to my 9 months of
production. It is amazing. It's the best production out of my entire 11 years in this career. I am enjoying
my work daily. I am living with my philosophy daily. My philosophy is to lead a balance fullfiling life.
Make a positive different in everyone's life that i have cross path with. I enjoy being love and love
others.

Family Aspect - My husband has become more supportive to me in achieving my goal. As he see that i
can balance my career and family life well. After a day of appointments, i am still able to talk and play
with my son in the evening. Before joining the coaching session, i would have shut off and wanted some
quiet time for myself. When i work, i stay focus and give it my best shot. When i am with my family, i am
able to give them 100% of my attention. And enjoy their company.

Health Aspect - I become very conscious about my diet. I have cut down my coffee intake. From taking
coffee to black coffee only. From having 3 cups of coffee daily to 1 cup daily only. Cutting down on my
coffee intake has been 1 of the things i wanted to do for many years but i did not manage to do it. I used
to have headache monthly, sometimes it has become very bad. However during the coaching session,

my headache has gone. My weight and cholesterol have also reduced.

Personal Aspect - I used to be addicted to watching television programmes, especially when i am very
stress out at work. Although i am running for my final sprint, i have chosen to do my awareness journal
against watching television.

I am very amazed with the progress i have been so far. Wondering will i remain the same old Klaire, if i
have not make the wise choice of joining the coaching session.

Seminars:
1. The Difference is YOU!

Aim: Participants to see the truth of the matter, in the difference they made to the outcome of their
endeavor, whether in handling any tasks, or in sales. To be motivated to desire growth and success.

Synopsis: Most of us try to find answers at places where the true answer to our problems are not
found. While it is true that we do need to learn things outside of ourselves, eg. Technically-oriented
materials, most of the things that affect us, which determine our success, are found within us. We
have to work on ourselves, uncover ourselves, and find the potential within. We have to clarify our
values, beliefs, strengthen our convictions, renew our minds, to really make a difference to ourselves,
what we do, what we can get in life, as well as to the people we have the opportunity to meet in our
lives.

Who are you? What part do you play in all the events of your life and work? What difference do you
make? Do you really make a difference? How to turn the odds of any situation to your advantage
every time? How can you improve and increase the difference you are going to make at work and in
life? How to actually be in control of your life from now on? Who is responsible to make all this
happen? How do you compare to the Superproducer, the Super human being? Is there hope in life,
or a chance for your individual success?




2. Thinking Yourself to Excellence!

Aim: Participants to know the place where thinking should take in their work and lives. Understand
how they have used it to help or harm themselves, and how to use it to achieve excellence in their
lives.

Synopsis: Thinking takes a central role in our lives. Whether we like it or not, we are thinking all the
time. The question to really ask is whether our thinking is serving us in helping us achieve the
important things in our lives, or is it destroying the very success we look for, be it consciously or
unconsciously. Our thinking determines the quality of our lives! Just this one reason alone must
certainly motivate us to take full control of the activity that goes on in our minds, in order to get the

best out of the one life we all have. Misery, anguish, unhappiness, lack of confidence, sadness, worry,
depression do not have to be our partners in life!

What part does thinking play in your success? Do you know what you are thinking about most of the
time? How does it affect your success, happiness, and joy in your life? Do you find it difficult to
control your thinking? How can you take control of it? Is excellence necessary? Why consider it?
What difference can it make in your life? What is it like to live a life averagely? What does it mean
to really live, to truly enjoy life? What are the benefits of thinking excellently?




3. Deep Rapport for Easy Sales!

Aim: Participants to understand and be motivated to learn and master the skills to build rapport at a
deep level with their clients / prospects and all people. To know why it would lead to easier sales and
rewarding relationships.

Synopsis: Sales or any human interaction is done through people, and the quality of relationships
existing between them. Rapport is the word we use to describe the warmth, the quality of the
communications, and the sympathetic relationship that exist between the people. This must be
critical for any sales situation, or any human dealings where an important outcome is to be achieved;
be it a tangible negotiation, a sales situation, or just a friendly get-together.

How do we get into such deep rapport? What makes the true difference in the quality of the rapport?
Is rapport such an important part of the equation? Why do I find it so difficult to do it? What does
it take to master this skill?




4. Active Listening Skills for Breakthrough in Sales!

Aim: Participants to truly understand the practice of active listening, and what it takes to do just that,
and learn how it would lead to increased sales ratio, or getting what you desire.

Synopsis: Listening is a much talk about, write about subject. It must be so important because without
it, we literally could not bridge the gap; the gap between the buyer and the seller, the gap between
any two people, groups interacting, discussing, negotiating. With it all things become easy,
conversations become relaxed, communications smooth, results are accomplished, objectives can be
met, things get done. But this is done through not just any kind of listening.

What is active listening? What difference does it make to the relationship between people? What
really happened in active listening? Why do you like to be listened to? Do you think your clients /
prospects / friends like the same from you? How do you actually do it effectively? What really makes
the true difference in the listening process? How does it affect the bottom line of relationships and
sales? How to use listening as an influence?




5. Self-Awareness: your Foundation to Success & Significance!

Aim: To understand the place self-awareness takes in our pursuit of success & significance. To know
how we can increase our self-awareness and thus increase our chances of living successful and
significant lives.

Synopsis: Life must be fast-paced nowadays! That applies to everyone including the working man,
the mother, the boss, the sales person, etc. Many of us do not take time to slow down to examine
the really important things in our lives. We go with the flow, and join in the rat race. The trouble with
this is that even if we win, we are still a rat! It is of utmost importance that we do not reach the
highest point of our ladder of success, only to realize that its leaning against the wrong wall! There
is a marked difference in achieving success for both a very self-aware person versus a person who is
not.

What is self-awareness? How does it really help me? Whats the difference between someone with
and without self-awareness? What tangible or intangible benefits do I get from working with greater
self-awareness? How do I increase my self-awareness? Why success? Why significance?

6. Mentoring for Excellence!

Aim: To understand the importance of mentoring & coaching in a person who desires excellence and
working towards becoming all that he / she can be. To know the tangible & intangible benefits of
engaging in the activity and know the wonderful results that would be derived from such an endeavor.

Synopsis: Does Tiger Woods have a mentor? Pete Sampras? Agassi? Mohammad Ali? Or anyone
who had accomplished much? The answer is the same. Yes! It could be a parent, a friend, a coach
all of which acts as a guide in the life of the person, helping him / her achieve their potential. This
mentor is a trusted guide. He has the highest hopes for his mentees, to help them realize their
potential in that which they are called to. Without such a person in their lives, their achievements
could be undermined. Live your one life effectively by realizing your potential, through the help of
someone who will care for your ultimate ability!

What really is mentoring? Why be mentored? How really does it benefit me? What major difference
can it do for me? Cant I do it on my own? Why not learn on my own? Is it easy to find that someone
who would really help me? Can I be helped? What can I achieve? What is my true potential?




7. Learning your way to Achievement!

Aim: Participants to understand about the importance of learning in their vocation and their lives, and
how it relates to their personal achievement. To learn about learning itself and the key important
areas of learning for maximum results in work & life.

Synopsis: We learn all the time, especially with the emphasis of the knowledge-based economy. But
is what we are learning about truly helping us in our pursuit of excellence and achievement? Many
people desire to become better and achieve. But many of them get no where despite learning
desperately, gaining new titles behind their names, attend classes and seminars, etc. Is this all in vain?
Where is the missing link?

But what is true learning? What is an educated person? Does a degree alone indicate an educated
mind? Why take the trouble to learn new things? What are the most important things to learn about,
which will affect your productivity as a person as well as your achievements in work and life? How to
learn about them? Why achieve in the first place?

8. Attaining your Peak Performance!

Aim: To help participants truly understand the process of peak performance, and work to make it
happen in their own life, to achieve their personal breakthrough in their chosen performance.

Synopsis: Peak Performance refers to a highest level of performance anyone is capable of, in every
field of endeavor. All top achievers achieve phenomenal results because they had learnt how to enter
into their personal peak performance. The state that allows peak performance to happen is essential
before the actions and results follow. The key is to uncover the factors that allows the performance
state to be practised consciously, purposefully, to get the results you seek.

Performance is personal! Do you desire better results in your work, sales, life? Do you know that your
personal peak performance must happen before the results manifest? Do you want top results in the
first place? If you can learn about peak performance, do you want to know it? Do you know that all
achievement must be preceded by essential knowledge leading to the achievement? Do you demand
the very best from yourself? Do you understand that only you can do that for yourself?




9. Life Purpose & Personal Fufillment!

Aim: To help participants look within to uncover their uniqueness; strengths and gifts. To surface
the passion within them and help them piece everything together in order to get a picture of their
life & work purpose.

Synopsis: While most people are unclear about where they fit into life, both at work & in living, it
need not be so for the person who is willing to seek out his/her own meaning. This program
attempts to look deep into a most important subject for every individual.

Life is working, going to meetings, appointments, bringing children to school, having fun, making
friends, bringing kids to tuition, attending church, going to the temple, solving problems as they

come, reporting to the boss, finishing assignments on time, running the rat race, trying to live right,
overcoming any struggles we have, exercising, planning for the future, trying to do your best But
amidst such busyness in life, is there a meaning that provides an overall drive and purpose to
everything else?

Invest in yourself and find out about the meaning of your life, with
the uniqueness you bring to the world. Uncover your life & work

Aim: Participants to reflect on their parenting role, and how it contribute to the growth of their
children. To truly understand the ultimate purpose of parenting and consider how that can change
their parenting style, and their entire life's perspective. To learn insights to breakthrough parenting!

Synopsis: Parenting must certainly be one of the most difficult and ardous task undertaken amongst
all human endeavors. We are entrusted with little lives, and maybe for some, not so little by now. So
many demands on them, or is it on us? Exam success, academic achievements, health, emotional
tantrums, bad habits, homework, teacher's comments, complaints, etc. Schools requirement,
society's expectations, nation's vision, our struggles; a combination of all these certainly gives one a
state we call stress. What can we or should we do about it?

What does it mean to give our best to our children? Is it the best herbs and vitamins for physical
strength, protection and growth? Is it to get all the best tuition teachers for their academic
achievements? What about the best music lessons, gym lessons, sports activities? All these certainly
contribute to the overall growth of the child. But what is the role of the parent? To act as a chaffeur?
Sending them to all the different activities? Or is there a better model for us to embrace, so as to truly
give our very best to our beloved children, if truly they are so important people in our lives. Let's
impact and influence our children to their ultimate destiny!

13. Your Journey of Excellence

Aim: To help participants understand their personal journey of excellence they can take, and how it
is possible that they can make it happen for themselves, to make their lives meaningful and significant!

Synopsis: Every one of us can travel on a journey; not just any journey, but our personal journey of
excellence. This is a journey only for our lives, specially designed, and uniquely for us. Wherever we
come from, be it a problematic past, or an inspiring one, we can make the decision to move ahead on
this journey, though it's not necessarily an easy one.

The destination on this journey is one of success, and of significance. We each have to decide what
our individual lives would consist of and in which direction we would chart. As we achieve success,
meaning and fulfilment in the process while travelling on the journey, we would experience
excitement, freedom, joy and satisfaction, even passion! This must be deemed one of the most
significant journeys of anyone's lives, as compared to living 'normally', just surviving, or just making
money to be 'successful'.

To take this journey requires us first to understand ourselves. We need to understand our past, know
how we get to where we are, how we are wired; our uniqueness, in order to chart the future direction.
When we can truly take such a journey, we can be sure that our lives are lived the best way we can,
and it will definitely be one of no regrets, and certainly one where it would be exciting to attain
excellence, purpose and peak performance in the process.

Aim: Participants to consider the role of mentoring in their work, and know it's importance. To learn
how they can build themselves up to be a mentor, learning the art of mentoring through building
their inner life.

Synopsis: Are you bored with your work as a supervisor, manager, teacher, leader? Do you find your
people troublesome, even a nuisance sometimes? But what if you could just impact one life for the
better? What if it could be two? What does it really mean to impact and influence another life?
What is true success? What is significance? What is fulfilment? What is the ultimate job satisfaction?
Is this realistic? Is it easy to constantly remember this call amidst the daily challenges? What if it
becomes your philosophy in work & life to help people truly succeed? How would it change your
life? Would you need to find another job? Enjoy your work today!

Mentoring is a word we hear more and more these days. It talks about helping another individual in
a particular area / field through wise counsel and guidance over a period of time. This is critical as
training and academic pursuits do not provide complete solutions to developing people to their
fullest potential! There are certain characteristics of a good Mentor. All these can be acquired. It
begins with desire. It starts with knowing it's value and importance. It begins with working on the
Mentor's inner life. The person of the Mentor is critical!

When you have determined that your life purpose is to impact other people and be a mentor,
working on yourself all the time becomes a norm. In order to help others, you must be at a higher
level than them. Your attitude of self-improvement must be strong, and working on it all the time
must become your trade-mark. The more a mentor is able to build himself up, the better and
stronger he / she would become. Amongst the many qualities of a good mentor, one of the more
important ones include working on the inner life. There is a better way to live. Leave a legacy for
your life. Grow to your own potential, be a mentor to some others and live a life of significance!

Life, family & work can be very demanding. Whilst everybody expect us to perform, including clients,
company & family, it is a well-known fact that not everyone is at their productive best. In fact, some
of us are at dangerously low levels of performance which could threaten our careers, our company's
performance and reputation, including our own peace of mind.

Everyone has an innate potential within them, waiting to be unleashed. Each is gifted. Unless and until
