    WEEKEND CONSTRUCTION 06/06-06/09/14:
    The following construction activities are scheduled, in addition to work that is already in place. As always,
    some work may be postponed due to weather or other circumstances. Please check Michigan.gov/drive for
    current construction and traffic information and follow MDOT on Twitter @ MDOT_MetroDet.
    I-75:
    In Wayne County, southbound I-75 from Springwells Street to Schaefer Highway (the Rouge River Bridge),
    the right lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, then the two right lanes will be closed from 9 p.m.
    Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for bridge patching.
    In Wayne County, the southbound I-75 ramp to northbound Schaefer Highway, will be closed from 7 a.m.
    to 4 p.m. Saturday for road work.
    In Oakland County, northbound I-75 at Rochester Road will have the left lane closed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    Saturday for maintenance.
    In Oakland County, southbound I-75 at Livernois Road, there will be double-lane closures from 10 p.m.
    Friday to 3 a.m. Saturday for maintenance.
    I-94:
    In Wayne County, westbound I-94 between M-102 (8 Mile Road) and Vernier Road will have the right lane
    closed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday for road work.
    In Wayne County, westbound I-94 at Moran Avenue will have the right lane closed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    Saturday for road work.
    In Wayne County, eastbound I-94 from Warren Avenue to M-10 (Lodge Freeway) will have the left lane
    closed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday for road work.

    I-96:
    In Oakland County, westbound I-96 from Novi Road to the west Oakland County Line will have two lanes
    closed nightly from 9 p.m. Friday to 11 a.m. Saturday and 9 p.m. Saturday to 11 a.m. Sunday, for road work.
    M-59:
    In Macomb County, eastbound and westbound M-59 between Ryan Road and M-53 (Van Dyke Avenue) will
    have double lane closures from 7 p.m. Friday to 6 am. Monday for construction.
    In Macomb County, westbound M-59 ramp to Mound Road will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m.
    Monday, 6/16 for reconstruction. And the Mound Road ramp to eastbound M-59 will be closed from 7 p.m.
    Friday to 7 p.m. Saturday for ramp work.
    M-53: (Van Dyke Avenue)
    In Macomb County, northbound and southbound M-53 between 34 Mile to Bordman roads will have daily
    lane closures from 9 a.m. Thursday to 6 p.m. Sunday, 7/6/14. Day-time work only.
    M-5:
    In Oakland County, eastbound and westbound M-5 (Grand River Avenue) between Grove Street and
    Farmington Road will be closed from 7 pm. Friday to 7 p.m. Sunday for a weekend festival.
    In Oakland County, northbound M-5 from I-96 to Pontiac Trail will have the left lane closed from 7 a.m. to 4
    p.m. Saturday for maintenance.
    US-24: (Telegraph Road)
    In Oakland County, southbound US-24 (Telegraph Road) north of Long Lake Road will have the two left
    lanes closed from 7 p.m. Friday to 6 p.m. Saturday for maintenance.
    M-1: (Woodward Avenue)
    In Oakland County, southbound M-1 (Woodward Avenue) from 14 Mile Road to Oakridge Street will have
    nightly double-lane closures from 8 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Tuesday for construction. (Night-time work only)
    I-696: (Service Drives)
    In Macomb County, eastbound and westbound I-696 Service Drives between Dequindre Road and M-3
    (Gratiot Avenue) will have daily lane closures from 9 a.m. Monday to 3 p.m. Sunday for utility work.
    Local:
    In Macomb County, eastbound and westbound Kennedy Circle North at M-53 is closed from 6 a.m. Friday,
    6/6/14 to 7 p.m. Friday, 6/13/14 for construction.

    MONDAY: (06/09)
    I-75:
    In Wayne and Oakland Counties, northbound and southbound I-75 at M-102 (8 Mile Road) will have right
    lane closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Tuesday, for bridge work.
    I-75: (Business Loop)
    In Oakland County, northbound and southbound I-75 Business Loop (Perry Street) from Woodward Avenue
    to Opdyke Road will have single lane closures during daytime only, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through
    Saturday.
    I-696: (Service Drives)
    In Macomb County, eastbound and westbound I-696 Service Drives between Dequindre Road and M-3
    (Gratiot Avenue) will have daily lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Sunday for utility work.
    M-8: (Davison)
    In Wayne County, eastbound M-8 from Oakland Avenue to Dequindre Street will have a single-lane closure
    from 9 a.m. Monday to 3 p.m. Tuesday for bridge work.
