The below has been worked out for a corporate office set up finishing requirement. (Grade 'B+' specifications)
12. AV equipment (Plasma, AV Conferencing, LCDs, projectors etc.) not included.
13. Cost of statutory approvals are not included in the above costing.
Works include all civil works, false ceiling, flooring , partitions (with doors, glazing's etc.), films,etc. as per design complete.
Finishing specifications shall include - Sound proof Solid partitions Soft board & Acrylic emulsion skin on partitions
Works include from tap off point at floor level, includes floor level Electrical distribution panel further distribution thru PVC conduits, earth pits,
FRLS wiring and cabling, light fixtures, switches and sockets & Provision for CCTV & Access Control System etc. as per design - Supply,
Installation, Testing and commissioning complete.
General Specifications shall include - Wires (Polycab or equivalent), CBs (ABB or equivalent), switches/ sockets (Roma or equivalent), Light
fixtures (Samsung LED or equivalent ISO Make)
Scope includes Fire Alarm System, Fire Sprinkler for entire office,
Specifications shall include - FAS - Apollo/System Sensor or equivalent
Scope includes low side works (ducting, insulation, grilles and diffusers) for entire office area.
