    Job Post Name: Manager-Impact Assessment

    Fiinovation is inviting applications for Impact Assessment Manager as mentioned below.
    Scope of Position:
    The manager will be responsible for Project Impact Assessment of implementation programs for organisations,
    do the necessary analysis and prepare report on the same.
    Key Responsibilities
    Undertake Impact assessment of intervention programs and do external audits as and when required, followed
    by conducting the necessary analysis
    Plan and conduct exploratory studies, baseline, midterm evaluation and endline surveys for the organisations as
    per requirement
    Suggest innovative tools for Impact Assessment.
    Prepare regular reports on the activities performed.
    Continuous update of sectoral knowledge, reading professional publications; maintaining coordination with
    other team & participating in organizations academic activities. Also imparting the same knowledge to the
    team members.
    Participate in conference/workshop/seminar & submit report on the same.


    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Development sector professional (Masters in social sector) with experience of 3-5 years in undertaking
    extensive Impact Assessment for field interventions and also conduct analysis of the same using
    statistical tools
    Should be fully versed in program monitoring and evaluation, organizational capacity evaluation,
    undertake exploratory surveys in the community
    Must have knowledge of statistical analytical tools viz. SPSS, Atlas, Stata etc.
    Should be working under tight deadlines
    Must be articulate in spoken Hindi and English, have exceptional written skills in both languages and
    possess sharp and meticulous thought process
    Should be competent in MS Office and internet
    Should be willing to travel
    Job Location: Delhi

    Salary - Upto 6,00,000 p.a/-
