    EXPERIENCE October 2013 to Present Prime Energy Group., Matthews, NC Partner and Director of Field Operations Responsible for daily operations of Charlotte branch and overall field operations of entire company as an Insulation Contractor. Duties include overseeing all field staff and coordinating installations. Directing maintenance and equipment support. Developing safety and training protocols. Responsible for efficiency and P&L to support overall growth goals. Spray Foam Support, LLC., Gilbert, South Carolina Technical Consultant Provided consulting support to the spray foam insulation industry. This support was in field training, installations and sales, business and operational evaluations and foam and mechanical troubleshooting. Parts and equipment supply and custom manufacturing of installation vehicles. Icynene Corp., Gilbert, South Carolina Technical Services Representative Responsible for training of new contractor start-ups and existing dealer support in the Icynene dealer network of insulation contractors. This support was in equipment, product manufacture, contractor certification, business operations, field logistics, customer relations and overall general support assistance. Insulseal Systems, Inc., Orlando, Florida Vice President Responsible for all daily operations of this multi-million dollar residential and commercial insulation contracting company. Included full P&L responsibility, managing, maintenance, training, logistics and customer relations. Helped bring company from start up to one of the largest soft foam insulation companies in the United States. Product suppliers (Icynene) National Dealer of the Year, 2002.
