Google Apps Sales Manager Cloudypedia / Google Premier Partner - Dubai-Cairo (May October 2013): Responsibilities: Managing the sales pipeline by following up on all leads/opportunities and implementing the ESP (Enterprise Sales process). Daily weekly and quarterly analysis and reports on all existing leads and opportunities ensuring maximum revenue, maintaining a clearer pipeline and better forecasting. Generating new opportunities and businesses through all different channels (social networks, referrals, cold calling campaigns, and events). Upselling to existing customers, and strengthening business relations. Working closely with our engineering and deployment team ensuring all customers business requirements are met at the agreed time. Regular meetings with the Regional Sales Managers from Google headquarters Dublin sharing insight and building a more consolidated and aligned reporting system.

Educated them on how Googles Enterprise solutions can benefit their business and help them make their work more productive and collaborative. Supported the sales representatives by qualifying inbound leads (website forms) as well as targeting large companies key contacts and executives to investigate their needs for cloud solutions and Google Enterprise products (Gapps, Google Cloud Platform, Google Search Appliance, Google Maps, and Google Chrome) and turn them in to opportunities. Work directly with the marketing and sales team, by following up on marketing campaigns and reaching out to the generated and sharing insights and response rates. Responding to all incoming customers creating business needs for Google Enterprise products.
Microsoft Arvato - Dublin-Ireland (November 2011-July 2012): Transactions Auditor - Enterprise Team (March 2012 - July 2012): Responsibilities: Responsible for the submission of all online and offline orders that are placed and processed by the transaction specialist, auditing these orders making sure they meet business compliances, standards and rules before closures. Identify and resolve any issues or queries that may occur within the agreed SLA (approximately 15 cases per day, each query is a case by case investigation, studied thoroughly to identify the issue). Part of the teams ongoing research and development to identify new processes that are more efficient.
Transactional Specialist - Enterprise Team: (November 2011 February 2012): Responsibilities: Responsible for the validation of all online and offline order forms that are submitted. Entering the orders into the system, processing these orders within the agreed SLA, paying full attention to details making sure no mistakes occur, and finally passed them to the Audit team pending closure and completion. Complete analysis and investigation of queries related to specific programs, orders and contracts. These queries are communicated via email or phone and regular updates must be provided to customer on progress, and following the escalation process, passing any complex queries to the audit team and management. Achieve personal and team targets within agreed SLA.
GIZ (German Society for International Cooperation) Assistant to the Senior Advisor of the Modernization Program for the Syrian Water Sector Damascus-Syria (January-June 2011): Responsibilities: Provided technical assistance in preparing the necessary work for data and information collection, verification, field review, analysis and translation of all information required for the Guiding Strategy for drinking water and wastewater project. Collect and summarize information from various sources that are related to the programs success. Assisted in preparing and conducting training workshops, seminars and meetings.
