Introduction:
In the following assessment we have done interviews of executive of five different
organisations directors having 10 years’ experience. The interviews were done via email
questionnaire in which we asked the directors about their organisation. The following is the
picture email with questions:

1. Binary & Pixels


Binary and Pixels is a start-up in service sector firm which provides Digital Consulting and
Digital Marketing to its clients. They believe that today's digital-first world needs Mavericks.
Mavericks blends the Right Brain and the Left Brain to create superlative work. Because
ordinary will not do. They have clients like McKinsey & Company, India Post, Honeywell,
IBS, SAP and FLIR. They also offer services like visual design and branding, digital strategy

boost owing to this pandemic.

Interviewee- Mr. Anandh Balasundaram is the managing director of an Italian
pharmaceutical company “Menarini Group” (MNC). He did his masters from IIM
Ahmedabad. He’s also worked as CEO for Stovekraft and as manager at Cadbury. He
believes in a transparent style of leadership and has proven capability in developing and
executing ambitious
business plan.

a technology ambassador can bring significant change in the line-of-business-applications
and business outcomes through applying technology correctly. Being a CTO, he considers it
as a moral responsibility to guide best technology and implement standard practices without
disguising client toward cheap and quick solutions. He is a full-stack software engineer with
over 12 years of experience in core technology, consulting, project management and
performance management strategy with handling the team of engineers.
