Product Description:
545 is a high viscosity, anaerobic compound for sealing and locking high pressure, fluid power systems with tapered fittings. This is a Teflon free material with other lubricants to allow easy, non-galling assembly. For pipe threads, 567 is recommended as a threadsealant Base Resin: Methacrylate Percent Solids: 100%

Clean heavy oils or greases from surfaces. Apply adhesive to male threads to completely cover the engagement area. Assemble with mating component, torque to desired setting and let fixture for 20-30 minutes before handling 20-30 minutes on steel 24 hours

Shelf Life of Packaged Product:

12 months at 23C when stored in sealed original containers, 18 months when refrigerated at 10C. Do not freeze.

TYPICAL CURING PROPERTIES Fixture Time: <30 minutes @ 23C on plated parts Gap Filling: Maximum 0.80mm (1/32) Full Cure Time: 24 hours @ 23C Cure Activity: Fastest on steel fittings, <30 minutes on plated, galvanized Cure Activator: Can be used with 7649 or 7649A Anaerobic Activator for speed-up the curing property on Low Activity Plated Surfaces.
