    Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call. Patrol completed traffic stop on Outer Main Street. A verbal warning was issued. Patrol completed traffic stop on Market Street. A verbal warning was issued. Counterfeit $20 bill complaint received by patrol. Investigation continues. Patrol completed traffic stop on Market Street. A verbal warning was issued. Patrol received report of a larceny of two jackets from a business on Market Street. Investigation continues. Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

    0217 Patrol completed traffic stop on Market Street. Michael S. Brownell (19) of Potsdam, N.Y. was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for 509-1 Operate Motor Vehicle by Unlicensed Driver and 1163D Illegal Signal, after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating change lanes without signaling. Both tickets are returnable to Potsdam Village Court on November 8 th 2013 at 8:30 am. Patrol observed subject on Maple Street with property that belonged to a business on Market Street. Property returned and ticket issued. Dispatched Potsdam Rescue and Patrol to a call at Walker Arena. Patrol completed traffic stop on Maple Street. Michael K. Opoku (22) of Canton, N.Y. was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for 1180D Speed in Zone, 49/30 after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating traveling at a high rate of speed. The ticket is returnable to Potsdam Village Court on November 1st 2013 at 8:30 am. Patrols responded for a suspicious person at a business on Elm Street. Employee was coming in early for work. Patrols responded for alarm activation at a business on Madrid Avenue. Accidental activation by employee. Patrol observed damage done to a Real Estate sign on Maple Street. Investigation continues. Property found: Credit Card Property found: Passport Report of a custody issue. Report filed. Property damage accident on Sandstone Drive at Pine Street. Traffic stop completed on Maple Street. A verbal warning was issued Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call Found: An older black lab mix unknown owner. Dog was transported to the Animal Shelter until the owner can be located Patrol completed traffic stop on Lawrence Avenue. A verbal warning was issued. Patrol responded to Pierrepont Ave. for report of a loose dog. Patrol unable to locate any dog. Patrol observed subject on Sandstone Drive with open container of alcohol. Tickets issued. Patrol responded to Potsdam IGA for report of a male subject in the parking lot harassing customers. Subject gone upon patrols arrival.
