Note : All Basic Rate FOR Site 1.0 SITE DEVLOPMENT AND EARTH WORK All Earth Work shall be done as per the provisions & guide lines of Environmental, Mining & Royalty Acts. 1.1 Excavation below excavated levels of pit already excavated Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or under grade/ raft slab etc. from existing excavated level and stacking the excavated material within the site or adjacent plots including dressing of bottom, sides strutting, timbering, shoring, trimming of sides, dewatering, all leads and lifts, incidentals, etc. complete with ramming of bottom, surface preparation as per specifications to receive the PCC. Excavation shall be payable only for vertical cut up to the outer edge of foundation lean concrete as indicated in drawings through out the pit depths. Cost of extra excavation required for working space, supporting side shuttering of foundations and retaining walls and that required for making slopes for stability of excavation shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (Note: The Line & levels in the drawings shall be strictly followed and excess excavation if any shall be made good by contractor free of cost as per the instructions of the Owner) To organize the space for stacking of excavated ell bearing hinges etc. complete.

1.1.1 All kinds of soils for all leads and lifts 1.2 Excavation in over areas or foundation trenches from existing natural ground level Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches, Columns pits etc. upto a width of 3 mtr. from existing natural ground level and stacking the excavated material within the site or adjacent plots including dressing of bottom, sides strutting, timbering, shoring, trimming of sides dewatering, all leads and lifts, incidentals, etc. complete with ramming of bottom, surface preparation as per specifications to receive the PCC. Excavation shall be payable only for vertical cut up to the outer edge of foundation lean concrete as indicated in drawings for all depths. 1.2.1 Filling with selected, suitable excavated earth already available at site or adjacent plots in plinths, back of retaining walls, foundations and trenches and spreading the remaining soil for specified location as directed by the Owner and shall be done in layers, not exceeding 20cm in depth and consolidating each deposited layer by mechanical means, ramming and watering as per specifications including reexcavation, transportation, loading, unloading, carriage to dumping spot and all incidentals at all depth, levels, leads and lifts complete. (Net consolidated area fill volume will be computed from the initial and final levels. Volume in slopes, embankments etc. will be computed applying appropriate formula, as per CPWD specification). Note: filling shall be done by the excavated earth available at site or adjacent plots stacked by the cum. Contractor and/ or by the other agency. 1.2.2 Supply good/ sweet earth brought from out side the site and filling/ spreading the same in landscaping and other location as directed by the Project Manager and shall be done in layers, not exceeding 20cm in depth and consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, dressing and watering as per specifications and as directed by Project Manager including transportation, cost of soil, royalty, loading, unloading, carriage to dumping spot and all incidentals at all depths and levels, for all leads and lifts complete (Net consolidated area fill volume will be computed from the initial and final levels. Volume in slopes, embankments etc. will be computed applying appropriate formula, as per CPWD cum. specification). 1.3 Sand Filling Supplying and Filling in plinth, under floor with fine Jamuna sand including ramming, watering, consolidating and dressing complete as per specification and as directed by the Project Manager.

Trasportation of Earth Disposal of surplus excavated or earlier stacked earth from the site or adjacent plots (within 500 m radius) including re-handling, transporting, royalties, loading at all levels, depths and height all complete as directed by the Project Manager / Owner / Architect. (Excavated earth shall be property of the Contractor) cum.

Antitermite Treatment Note: The work must be executed by approved specialised Agency who is the member of IPCA. The Contractor shall give a 10 years guarantee on nonjudicial stamp paper as per instruction of Project Manager. The work shall be carried out by specialized agency/Nominated sub-contractor

1.5.1 Sypplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. a. Chlorpyriphos / Landane E.C. 20% Litre

1.5.2 Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion with chlorpyriphos E.C 20% with 1% concentration (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) for preconstructional anti-termite treatment & creating a chemical barrier under & all around the column pits, wall trenches, top surface of plinth filling, jun will be measured ction of wall, & floor along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes, & conduits etc. complete. (Plinth area at ground floor level will be measured & paid for) sqm. 1.5.3 Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POSTCONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion). Along external walls upto a width of 750mm or as directed using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300 mm and @ 5 litres/Sqm for horizontal surface to a depth of 75mm max. at 150mm c/c including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete: a. With Chlorpyriphos E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

WATER PROOFING (Quoted Rates are for all heights, depths, levels, leads and lifts) The operations describe below are only indicative & the item is to be executed as per technical/ manufacturer's specification. Testing shall be done by ponding water (150mm depth) for 72 hours. Note: (The Water proofing work must be executed by an approved specialised Agency. The Contractor shall give a 10 years guarentee as per instruction of the Project Manager). Tapecrete water proofing Providing, applying & testing water proofing treatment of RCC sunken slabs (toilets, kitchens/sunken area where ever required as per the drawing etc) comprising of the following operations and any other works necessary to make the sunken portion water proof. Cleaning RCC surfaces and plastering of RCC and brick wall surface with 12mm cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with CICO admixture as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Project manager. Cost to included chipping of undulation to make it even surface.. Three coats of tapecrete - ( first layer of tapecrete to be @0.253kg/sqm, the second & third layer to be @ 0.126kg/sqm ) each admixed with grey cement over a coat of neat cement slurry admixed with chemical CH - 9 or integral water proofing compoundand sealing all corners, joints, junction of pipes and masonry etc. with Epoxy putty all complete as per manufacturer's specification and drawing. 12mm thick protective plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over treated surface, curing etc complete. (Quoted rate to include grouting of RCC surface for any cracks/ fissures and cost of white cement)

Providing & applying a putty coat of acrylic based polymer modified coating mixed with white cement and silica sand over a primer coat of neat cement slurry with an admixture of impermeable chemical CH9. Providing & applying 2 layers of EPOXY RESIN BASED SYSTEM 1:1 i.e. one part of Araldite GY257/255 and one part of Hardner XY45 reinforced with glass fiber cloth. sealing all joints, corners, junction of pipes & concrete with Epoxy Putty.sprinkling quartz sand on the second coat of EPOXY RESIN while it is green to form a key for the protective layer of plaster.

Injection Water Proofing Providing and applying Injection water proofing treatment for basement, under ground tank sumps, pits and other RCC structure with the following operations.

4.3.1 FOR HORIZONTAL SURFACES * Providing and layinjg water proofing treatment by chemical injection grout process on base raft of under ground water tank or other area as per specifications comprising of two layers of Cement mortar 1:3 mixed with Acrylic water prooofing compound, providing and fixing 20 mm pipe sleeves at 1.2m C/C and grouting acrylic based water proofing chemical mixed with neat cement slurry through the pipes with, complete with cutting & sealing of the pipes as per specification and direction of Project Manager.

4.3.2 FOR VERTICAL WALLS

No. * DESCRIPTION From inside :- Providing and laying water proofing treatment by chemical injection grout process in water tank (Under ground and Over head) or other areas using 20mm dia MS nozzles of minimum 25mm deep in walls placed and fixed @1.2m distance in both direction in the wall and @ 0.75m c/c along construction joints, consisting of injecting cement slurries of different viscosities under pressure by pump using acrylic based water proofing chemical mixed with neat cement slurry and sealing off nozzles after the injection operation with suitable admixture. From outside:- Two coats of Vincrete polymer, each coat admixed with cement in the proportion 1:2 (one part vincrete and two parts cement) over a primer coat of neat cement sturry admixed with impermeable chemical CH-9. After the first coat of vincrete, joints of concrete should be sealed with epoxy putty and shall be neatly plastered with cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Acrylic Chemicals of 12 to sqm 15 mm thick. 4.4 Protection on Terrace Waterproofing Providing and laying, over waterproofing courses, average 100mm thick CC screed with M15 grade concrete in required slope (The waterproofing course on the vertical shall be protected with a 115mm thick cladding wall of brick masonry to be measured and paid separately under brick work items) The item also include providing and making khurrahs 450mm x 450mm with average minimum thickness of 50mm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) finished with aluminium foil and 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement punning , rounding the edges , making and finishing the outlet complete. Brick bat coba waterproofing Providing on top of slab surface cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound thereafter providing cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 20mm thick with polymer based water proofing compound and layer of new half broken bricks (coba) giving gaps of 15-20mm between broken bricks, providing necessary gradient for proper flow of water and providing cement slurry with water proofing compound spread over brick bat coba in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with water proofing compound filled in gaps of broken bricks and 20mm plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with polymer based water proofing compound, top finished smooth with neat cement and providing rope chequers including extending the water proof plaster 300mm on vertical surfaces with necessary chasing / treating of walls including providing and making gola as per drawing etc. Average thickness of the brick bat coba to be avg. 125mm. The item also include providing and making khurrahs 450mm x 450mm with average minimum thickness of 50mm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) finished with aluminium foil and 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete. (Plan area will be measured and paid)

Structural Glazing Works Structural Glazing designed wind pressure as 200Kg/ Sqm for straight glazing. The Glazing shall be designed for the specific wind pressure. The wind pressure mentioned above is indicative. The Contractor must design the Structural wall glazing as per the prevalent site conditions and building profiles. No extra claims shall be entertained at any stage for aluminum profile wall thickness ,size, dimensions,extra member for corner glazing,powder coating/anodization. The Contractor must quote rates accordingly.
