Item DESCRIPTION No. 150 POLYSULPHIDE SEALANT Supplying and applying in position two part exterior grade polysulphide sealant on the expansion joint. The sealant shall be of PIDISEAL PS 41G of M/s Pedilite Industries or equivalent. The sealant shall be applied all as per manufacturer's specifications and recommendations. Appropriate primer, masking tapes etc should be applied. The sealant shall be maximum 50 mm in thickness and of maximum depth of 25 mm. The rate shall be inclusive of providing and fixing breaker rod as per detail architectural drawings. 151 GYPSUM BOARD FALSE CEILING Supplying and fixing SUSPENDED FALSE CEILING at any level which includes providing and fixing GI perimeter channels of size 0.55 mm thick having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and a web of 27 mm alongwith perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brickwall / partition.
