Rationale for Project Schedule: Edudigitalteacher.com felt it was necessary to include a project schedule because; It is essential that all members of the project team and stakeholders need to be aware of the tasks, priorities, and start and finish dates to be aware of the details of the project and have understanding of what will occur during the execution phase of the project. The project schedule provided an opportunity to reprioritize, revise, and edit the WBS document. The project schedule makes it clear to all team members and stake holders who is responsible for each task.

Rationale for Project Budget: Edudigitalteacher.com felt it was necessary to include a project budget because; The project budget allows the stakeholders to be aware of the cost of each component of the project and the total cost. Creating the project budget provided an opportunity to revise the original projected budget that was too low to be achieved with the based on the needs and requirement analysis information. The project budget can also be shared with the vendor(s) so they have an idea of what they can provide within the goods and services to be competitive in the bidding process.

Rationale for Procurement Plan: Edudigitalteacher.com felt it was necessary to include a procurement plan because; The procurement plan provides an excellent overview of the entire project and integrates several key components such as scope, vendor selection, budget, vendor contracts, and vendor management responsibilities. The procurement plan creates a documentation of how the project components will unfold as the project is executed and provides up front information that has to be approved by administrators in each group of stakeholders. If approval is not met the procurement team must make revisions to meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders. The procurement plan can also be useful in writing grants and seeking sponsors as well as shared with potential vendors for the bidding process.
