Yes. It is called Gardasil.
I think it could promote promiscuity, but it still can be very helpful to our nations health.

Topic 2: Emergency Contraception (Plan B)

Potential Sources
Basic Overview: It is a pill used for emergency within the first few days after sex in case the regular contraceptives failed or were not used.
Intended Use (Why people use it): It is used to prevent pregnancy from occurring after a couple has had intercourse. It is in case a condom breaks or a pill was not taken.
How close to failed / no contraceptives: (Time Frame?) It only works within the first few days after intercourse.

I think it will prevent people from taking responsibility for their own choices. It is intended for emergency only.

Basic Overview: Schools would provide condoms for students to help promote safe sex

Condoms are usually available through the school nurse, teachers, counselors, or vending machines.

I think the majority of students do not have sex, so condom availability is just promoting sex more. If a kid is mature enough to have sex, they should be mature enough to buy their own condoms.

Topic 4: The Safe Haven Law

Basic Overview: It is a law that parents can leave their baby anonymously with the government. They apply to police stations, hospitals, fire stations, and rescue squads.

Time Frame: Many states only allow infants who are 3 days old or younger. Some allow the baby to be up to one month old.
Approved Locations?
Police stations, emergency care facilities, , hospitals, and fire stations
Potential Advantages 1. Someone who is against abortion has another option 2. There will be less child neglect problems
Potential Disadvantages 1. The child will never know his or her real parents 2. An excuse for somebody to not use protection
What happens to parental rights? The parent is allowed to be left anonymous, but the legal guardian has to bring the baby to the safe haven in most states. If they do not return within 60 days of dropping the baby off, they have legally given up their baby What is Illinois Law exactly? The parents will remain a secret, but the baby must be 30 days old or less. Parents who do not harm their babies cannot be charged with abandonment. Medical forms are optional, but they can be filled out anonymously.

I think this may become a problem for some parents, but most of them just probably have financial issues or no other choice except to give it up.
