    Factor used to choose personal for international assignment 1) General criteria. 2) Adaptability to cultural change. 3) Physical and emotional health. 4) Age, Experience and Education. 5) language training. 6) Motivation for foreign assignment.

    International human resource and selection procedure


    MNC use a number of selection procedures. The two most common are test and interview. Some international firm use one; smaller percentage employ both. Theoretical models containing the variable that are important for adjusting to an oversea assignment have been developed. These adjustment procedure help in better selection of expatriates.
