Company Profile:- one of the leading dehydration industry in India for manufacturing of dehydrated onion powder & flakes, Garlic powder & flakes, potato cubes, spinach powder, Tomato powder and other dehydrated spices and dehydrated vegetables in several forms.

Responsibility: - Production, QA &

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall responsibility of process control, maintain the production activity in hygiene condition. To provide adequate guidance to supervisors & operators. To provide training and controlling/monitoring work of all personnel as well as new recruits. Optimum utilization of manpower and resources, attending the trouble shooting problems during processing, entire Quality Control System of the organization to achieve the global standards. Doing Occupational Health & Safety and Environment assessment in factory. Preparation of process quality report, time to time validation of lab analysis report (Physical, Chemical and Microbiological), and verification of all HACCP documents as well as ISO-22000:2005 FSMS based records. Finding the nonconformities and its corrective and preventive action. Preparation of internal audit report. To audit Cold Storages, factory and packing material suppliers to ensure quality & safety of product. Attend exhibition & fairs related to Food technology & Machineries, intended to get innovative technologies that improve production process. Also visiting machinery manufacturers for discussion on technical matters & take trials with our product. Develops and recommends enhancements or revisions to manufacturing and distribution processes to improve productivity and decrease costs. To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the superiors from time to time for smooth functioning of work in process.

New Product / Process Development Achievements: Derived a new value added product called Coated Fried Onion for exports demand individually set production process on industrial scale. Product is running successfully. Successfully developed flavour of dehydrated onion flakes by roasting method having high demand in MNC & export market. Handle whole project for commercial production individually. It is operational successfully. Developed & changed traditional method of vegetable washing in processing unit by configuring latest technology. It is operational successfully. Developed a new method of safe fumigation/sterilization for Final packaged food product by using latest technology. It is working successfully. Developed method of sorting & detection of metallic particle from dehydrated vegetables flakes & powder. Successfully overcome from market complaints of product. Design and fabricate ETO unit & establish process of fumigation suitable for dehydrated vegetables. Got success to reduce sugar content from dehydrated onion flakes which has great demand over export. Planning to introduce commercially. Working on project for colour enhancement of dehydrated garlic power.
