     10/30-10/31 Micanopy Fall Festival
    Math – Students will complete Chapter 2 on
    Tuesday. On Wednesday, Third Graders will work
    Snack Schedule
    on a study guide in class to review the material
    presented in this chapter. They will take the Chapter Monday – Trinity
    2 Test on Thursday.
    Tuesday – Zack
    Please encourage your child to practice reciting the Wednesday – Kara
    0-5 multiplication facts every evening. Flash cards
    and interactive games can be printed out for free at Thursday- Grace
    http://multiplication.com. Friday – Trevon
    Reading- We have completed Unit I in our reading
    basal, Changing Patterns. On Monday students will
    take a reading benchmark test that will provide data
    Weekly Assignments
    on how they our progressing on the Next Generation Monday-
    State Standards, NGSS, which are the learning Math- p. 46-47
    standards required by the state and tested on the Reading- School Home
    Florida Comprehension Achievement Test, FCAT. Connection; read 30 minutes
    Once the data generated from these tests has been Spelling- practice test
    gathered, you will receive a breakdown of how your Tuesday-
    child is doing on each specific standard. Math- p. 48-49
    Spelling- worksheet- cursive
    For the remainder of the week, students will be Read- 30 minutes
    engaged in a variety of Halloween themed reading
    activities. There spelling words are theme related as Wednesday-
    well. Math- p. 135-137 packet
    Spelling- ABC order
    Ticket to Read is now available!!! Your child may Reading- FCAT L. 11
    access the site at home. Please help your child Thursday-
    browse the program as they first get started. The Math- No h.w; test in class
    students will be working on the interactive reading Spelling- practice test
    program at school as well.  Read- 30 minutes
