Answer the 10 questions below using the STAR method.

1. How do you handle stress?


I handle stress by trying my best to relax and calm down and then working step by step
to relieve the stress.
2. What motivates you?
Seeing the reaction of my co-workers or my managers are what motivate me to work as
hard and as well as I can.
3. Think of a time when you worked as part of a team. What were your experiences?
Were you able to complete the assigned task? If not, what did you learn from the
experience?
In school there are a lot of group assignments and projects, I have been able to
complete all of the required tasks with good outcomes.
4. What do you expect from a supervisor?
I expect supervisors to work out any issues that arise and to oversee their employees to
see their job is being done correctly.
5. What are your goals for the next two to three years? How do you plan to achieve
those goals?
My goals are to focus on completely high school with a high GPA and getting a good job
that I am good at.
6. Describe a difficult experience at work or school and how you handled it.
A difficult experience I have encountered at school was completing a group project
when I did not have any directions. I handled the problem by calling my partner and
coming to their house to complete the project together and correctly.
7. Describe your career goals.
My career goals are to become a very successful veterinarian and to work hard at
saving animals.
8. How do you measure success?

I measure success by how much effort I put into an assignment and the outcome or
grade I receive.
9. How would you handle it if your boss was wrong?
I would politely state the facts and explain to them how and why they are wrong.
10. What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about being successful.
