1.What can you contribute to our company ?

 try my level best to improve our company standards.
 I keep an uploading myself with new skills and technologies.
 If I am a team leader ,I consider all the ideas of my team members
 From my childhood onwards I can easily mingle with others same as in our company
I would mingle with colleagues easily .so that we can done the projects on time.
 If a problem araises in our company I try to solve problems without escaping.
 Suppose ,if any loses occur for our company I put my efforts to recover from that
losses.
2. what is your career plan ?

 As a ,fresher I want you get a job in well reputed company that makes me 4
 I improve my knowledge and skills to reach a good position in a company .
 I would love to start working in the marketing department of a company like yours.
 Apart from expanding my knowledge and experience in marketing.
 I also hope to improve my communication and public speaking skills.
 I really want to be a proactive and valuable team member

 It is one of the best leading IT company in the industry . I believe that career in this
company is a lifelong opportunity to explore my potential grow continuously.
 It provides job security and treat all employee equally .
 It is helpful to upgrade my knowledge and skills better.
 So I think starting career with this company would be a better opportunity.
 I learn that you company have a good working culture and encourage a freshers
talent

 As a fresher I interested and passionate to learn new things
 I am very good team player ,self motivator
 I put my skills when team wants and I always work for my best for team members
 I am pretty confident that I the best candidate for this job role
5.what is the biggest challenge in your life ? how you handle it?
My biggest challenge is to face the mains entrance exam . I am facing very struggle
but I manage somewhat difficult. When the result came I feel tense I will happy my
parents or not. but I gives little bit sad . After some days I feel some what better
and realize that I can handle any situation.
6.how long will you work in our company ?
 As ,I am fresher as long as I stay here I will built my skills and growth along with the
company growth.
 Always I try to learn new things from work.
 I always give support to our team members from effort.
 As long as I stay here I give faith to my work with my performance.
7.Who is your role model and why?
● My dad is my role model because he is a hardworker.
● Even though any tough situations came across to him he just smiles and cross the
situations.
● He makes everyone happy which helps me to be strong.
● Even if he is suffering from health condition he used to go to work for the sake of our
family happiness.
● The person from whom I want to learn something is may dad only.
8.which is the biggest embarassment in your life and how you handled it?
I have faced a situation in my school days which made me most emabarassed. Every
morning we have prayer section in which any one of the student have to read the news in
front of everyone by standing on the dias.one fine and bad day that was my turn to read
the news in Telugu which I don't know perfectly.so my teacher decided to test me by first
reading the news in front of her.After that she scolded me because I have not done that
perfectly.That time I decided to do it and one fine day I read the news very perfectly
infront of everyone and the teacher who scolded me came amd praised me.
9.what will you do if you are not selected in an interview?
● If I am not selected in an interview,I will take that as a challenge and I don't loose hope to
get another job.
● I will take that as a experience.
● I won't loose my self confidence.
● I will rectify my drawbacks which I have done in my past interview.
● I try to improve my skills in which I am poor.
● I will try to catch the view of interviewer.
● Wait and try the other opportunity which is the most preferable choice.
● I realise that I will have better opportunity than this.

`10`.I chose a job on IT side because nowadays there is lack of jobs in government sector.For an
experience on how work is going on software side.Lot of vacancies are available on IT side as
compared to that of government sector.As we know that now a days the situation is worse due to
many reasons like covid,many people want to work from home which is not possible for
government sector.There are many opportunities and because of this the unemployment rate may
also decrease.
11.why this job is important for you?
● To start career initially, I want to do a job.
● For improving my skills and knowledge job is necessary for me.
● Mainly for surviving in this materialistic society money is the most important thing which
we can get only through job.
● For improving my economical status job is the best option.
● For taking care of my parents and my family job is necessary for me.
● As a fresher this platform helps me to to make my bright career.
