Reference Law Department views at Para-10 of the
Summary, Section-6 of FEF Act-1992 The administration and
management of the Foundation and its affairs shall vest in the Board which may exercise all powers and do all acts and things which may be exercised or done by the Foundation (Annex-E) under these Powers in its 32nd meeting of Board of Directors, Frontier Education Foundation held on April 06, 2015 under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Chairman Board of Directors decided that: i)
FEF Colleges shall be integrated with government
colleges and the employees may be gradually absorbed after an initial posting on deputation albeit without deputation allowance. The Foundation and Higher Education Department will work out modalities for implementation of this decision.
ii)
The functions of the Foundation shall be redefined
with focus on promotion, capacity building and regulation of education in private sector. Hence the decisions of the BoD is in confirmity with the law
and spirit thereof.
