About Our Program:

My Philosophy:
Barbara Bush once said To us,
family means putting your arms around
each other and being there In my classroom I support families and work to create
an extended family for children, staff and
parents. As an early childhood educator, I
inspire children to develop a love of learning and a passion for education.
I believe it is important to offer developmentally appropriate curriculum,
with well-trained and knowledgeable educators who are sensitive and responsive to
children. In my classroom, I offer developmentally appropriate curriculum, materials, and learning centers where children
develop and grow physically, socially,
emotionally, and cognitively. I promote
childrens learning by following a structured curriculum and creating a classroom
that is planned and prepared. I believe
children learn best through play based
learning experiences because it allows
children to develop and test all their motor
skills.
As an early childhood educator, I
involve families in my classroom because
it strengthens the teacher and school relationship. I welcome parent involvement in
my classroom. I believe strongly in assisting and supporting families in any way
possible to help their children succeed. It
is an honor to be a part of the early childhood years and instill a love of learning in
my students.
