My Philosophy

About Our Program:

Enrollment Information-

Program Hours and Sessions:

I believe every child deserves a high

quality early childhood experience. I
believe it is the responsibility of the Early Childhood Educators to provide this
experience for children. Everything I do
and say is part of a childs learning experience. When teaching young children, we are setting a foundation for
them that they will carry throughout their
lifetime. I assist children with social
skills. I believe every childs individuality
should be valued. Children do not learn
the same way. Some can catch on
quickly, while others may take a little
longer to understand information or
complete tasks. I work with each child,
meeting their needs and helping each
be successful. Magda Gerber stated,
Childhood is not a race to see how
quickly a child can read, write and
count. It is a small window of time to
learn and develop at the pace that is
right for each individual child. Earlier is
not better. I believe the early childhood
years are not a race. Learning and development come with time; from educators who promote meaningful learning
experiences. As a teacher, I provide
real life experiences through free play. I
focus on each childs natural curiosity
and interests to ensure the greatest
learning experience, in a high quality
early childhood program.
